Those overpaid clowns he had as players are/were a dispicable group. Add Sheed to that posse of ignorance! Sheed was pretty stupid all doped up playing up there.
Bonzi, Damon, Randalph, Miles, Patterson, Sheed, Etc...........
Patterson seems to be maturing this year, he is not drinking any more!
Damon gave up the weed (contract year), Sheed got a grip, and bonzi got traded.
I don't know what's in the water, but there a few bad seeds still up there. Mo is classy guy and will succeed elsewhere. He was cooked and should have left or been released before this season.
As bad as things have gotten around here this winter, at least we did not have those boneheads to contend with.
I remember a couple of years ago, I posted an article on Mo Cheeks. A little girl sang the national anthem during a home game (Don't remember if it was playoffs) and she forgot the lyrics. Mo walked up to her and sand the rest of the song with her. Maybe not to others, but I found that to be heroic and worthy of major praise. It went on to be underlooked.
the blazer have talent but man, they got MAJOR issues.
zach's max deal doesn't kick in till next season. wow. and you got miles, who got his $$$'s, but still has beef with cheeks. they need to get good guys in there pronto. that's a team that needs malik rose and kurt thomas. telfair doesn't need to be around those guys. they also need a calming influence at coach that commands their respect. their ideal coach would be larry brown (as would many teams) but they have ZERO shot at him.

I'm glad other people remember that.. I think it was actually just last year. When I heard about that crap Darius Miles pulled a few weeks ago, I thought of that and it really made me start to hate Darius.
Mo Cheeks should consider this as a blessing. As a matter of fact, he should have resigned and not even given them the luxury of firing him

They should have fired the team, not the coach. Mo Cheeks was the one bright spot for that team. Talk about a scapegoat.
Whitsett, Patterson and now Nash really screwed Mo'Cheeks. He should have been extended last year, and then let go with a nice treasure chest of money.
He was true to the end in trying to get his team to play harder.
Mo Cheeks is a class guy and I would be proud to have him coach here.
Miles has no right to blast off on a man whom had a great acomplished career and is his coach. Just cuz you got a nice contract does not make you a real man! What has Miles ever done? He did well in High School! He is posterchild for what is wrong with SOME that come out of High School. And what do they do with this moron? Give him a nice contract. It was a very Layden thing to do! Over pay in the slim market for him. For all of Crawfords faults (we also overpaid in a slim market for him), he is a good kid wanting to learn and grow. Give me good kids, and eventually we will be just fine!
