Probably...but Hairston was a 2nd baseman when he came up...don't know much about his throwing. Now we have a pitcher hitting behind AROD

If you were gonna replace Damon, why not do it for the previous batter? A sac fly would have meant the game then too.

And Mariano is still the best reliever in the game!

How many other pitchers can overcome missing that force out at 3rd on that bunt and still get out of that innning. Pretty much none.
