Yup-- he was mostly throwing first pitch strikes to that point. Clearly he lost his control a bit that innning, but the curve is looking nasty. He just has to be getting ahead in the count.

i have a feeling this is gonna be another one of those games where we finally break through vs. Pedro in the 6th or 7th... it has that feel to it.

Hopefully that throw by Molina woke up the stadium a bit. That was a great play...lets see if the Yanks can carry some momentum over
