i wouldn't even go to Hughes... kid is struggling bigtime... i go to Joba & Robertson w/Marte & Coke ready to face their tough lefties.

Yeah when they replayed that swing you could see him keep his balance perfectly while he went out and reached for that. That was a great piece of hitting on a low ball...

My guess its gonna be Joba right now....they have to get Hughes solved though, b/c its gonna be really tough to win this series without a decent middle reliever. Even Joba is basically having batters bat .400 against him in the playoffs

I would definitely put Gardner in the game for defense next inning.....although Girardi may want to save him for pinch running.
