Josh Howard was arrested in his hometown after police said he was drag racing on a Winston-Salem street.
He is charged with speeding (94 mph in a 55 mph zone), careless and reckless driving, and speed competition. He has been released from the Forsyth County jail on a written promise to appear in court Sept. 23.

Anyway......Maybe the dude just doesn't wanna play in the league anymore. Lately this guy has just been doing some dumb stuff.
He's still 20/7/2.......he's the man when he does good....piece of shit when he messes up. That's how it is I guess.
the owners should tell the players association they will abolish the cap, but contracts can be canceled on players that do stupid stuff like this.

I though double the speed limit is automatic arrest and they take your car. I could be wrong tho
