I think we can all think of characteristics that have been ascribed to various groups in the past that have been very negative and hurtful, and not necessarily accurate. Who gets to decide which attributes each group has? You? Or is there a committee somewhere that's in charge of this?

Am I the only one here that really liked GKFv2???? He was actually one of my favorites. I had him on my good list. And nobody gets on my good list. This is a sad day for me. If he's banned, who do I have left?

Agreed. I never really had a problem with him, but he crossed the line way too much. It was like he had no tact whatsoever about anything he was arguing.

Now the person they should let back in is Islefan. His ripping of Thomas and Marbury was classic. I can only imagine what he would be saying about MDA's no defense/45 3s per game strategy.

Okay, fair enough, and this is the last time I post in this thread (for real).

I don't mean disrespect but I am simply being honest in what I know of those of Greek descent that I have met in "real life". Be it New Jersey, New York, Boston, and Florida (Melbourne region). I have found them all to be how I described, and at the same time, very nice and accommodating people.

I know them to be as I described. I was simply defending GKF apparent abrasive attitude based on what I have experienced with his "fellow countrymen" and suggested that his attitude probably isn't mean to come across as nasty as it does - again - given on what I have experienced in my useless 36 years on this ball of dirt.

I think my comments were taken the wrong way - for various reasons - and that's a shame that people can't be more open with the simple truth of life. I was in no way disrespecting anyone I was simply commenting on a way of life as I have seen it.

If that's so harmful then well, fuck me I guess.

But...I don't live in a sensitive world. I live in a world and am surrounded with people, and always have been throughout my travels, with people that are real, genuine, speak their minds, and have no problem discussing issues without getting offended.

And that's just what it is.

So, well, whatever I guess.....on to watching the Knicks - and probably switching to the Yanks if the Knicks prove to suck ass again early on.
