There are probably at least 15 or 20 PGs in the league who could do what Felton does and shoot a higher percentage. With Chandler you just have to be able to drive and throw the ball anywhere within a 2 or 3 foot radius and Chandler will put it in. It helps when you have several guys hitting 40% of their 3s also. We have Felton because we didn't have the money available to get a better PG. He's not awful by any means. Clearly guys like Bibby, Douglas, and and Davis couldn't do last year what Felton does but he doesn't have any admirable unique abilities either.

I actually agree with him on the surface at present.
But I do believe Felton will be invaluable come playoff time, and thats where the separation will be.
CP, Deron, Rondo, Lawson, TP, Westbrook, Rubio, Kyrie, Conley, Jennings, Teague, Jrue, Steph Curry, Calderon, Wall, Miller.
All of these guys could fit and produce with the talent we have, and i may have left some off.

Most NBA players have their ups and downs...Those who don't have their ups and downs are our Superstars...Felton is not a Superstar...He will have ups and downs..But what he brings to the table fits Chandler's ability, Jkidd's ability and most important Amare's skill sets like a glove...Calderon can't do it and isn't better, Miller can't get into the lane like that and isn't better, Steph Curry don't get into the lane like that, Teague is not better...All the others are and will be getting paid like Superstars...Felton is outperforming his contract right now..Like Walt said, he is having a better year than DWill...
Right according to Clyde Felton is an allstar

I think we are on separate wave lengths. I think we are where we are despite Felton. We're here mainly because of Melo, Kidd, Chandler, JR and the biggest culprit of all Mike Woodson

The point is there are plenty of pg's who can do what felton does WITH this squad.
What this team needs and what Felton does isn't quite the same.
There is a reason Felton is rarely on the court without another pg with him.
He's ok, but definitely not great.

Two wave lengths is correct...U don't see it's Felton play that has help Chandler and JKidd and getting Brewer open looks...U don't have to believe me..U can listen to the post game commentary of Hahn and Wally...

Who is saying he is great or saying no one else can't do it, I'm just saying there aren't 20 guys who can do what he is doing...And if they exist, they weren't available and won't come cheap either...Let's get real...Felton is better than Lin, period...I don't understand you point about what this team needs...When Felton aggressively gets into the lane, we are a different team, period...We need a player who can draw attention by penetrating...Melo and JR are the only guys who can create their own shots...Last night he didn't get into the lane until late into the game and we looked bad...
yea the post game has been pretty brutal lately as Raymond's play has come down to earth. By that I mean he is playing like the back of his trading card suggests and the reason he has bounced around the league. The media is finally catching on to what I was saying over the summer

felton has to play better his shooting has been horrendous.
I may be wrong nut I dont think you can win a championship with a PG who shoots 20-30 shots a game while shooting in the 30s
I'd love to say that the Knicks would be fine if he would average less than 10 shots a game but his lack of court vision compounds the problem

Hopefully some of it is related to the bone bruises on each hand. I don't think his poor decision making or calling his own shot so frequently are though.

Who's discussing availability or how much these guys make, the poster said there was 15-20 that does what felton does, I named them.
All those guys would have equal success if swapped out, but like i also said which you're ignoring is I think Felton's value would be in the playoffs over alot of those guys.

The guy is shooting poor and it has affected his confidence...But in terms of coming back down to earth, it's his shot selection that is bad...This offense is based on Felton being aggressive, getting into the lane and Melo on a few iso's...He draw attention then he dumps it...The shet has been working all year...If Felton doesn't get into the lane, JKidd, Brewer, and Chandler all are hampered offensively...Am I the only one seeing this??...His defense is still good, and he rebounds well...So many here are rooting for this guy to fail...It's truly amazing..
Felton is good at getting into the lane and throwing the lob to Tyson. I'm pretty sure Ramon Sessions could do the same or any pg from rucker park. As long as they can get into the lane unlike TD and Duhon
Damn, i've been jacked!!!!

Sorry bro, not much else to say about Novak once u get pass the three point shooting...
LOL, i only said that because of that hijacking thread. I don't care about tangent Novack talk, but how is Felton a part of the convo??!!
(Guns going off the deep end Linsanity I know.

Let's just say more than half of the starting PGs in the league.
