There were a lot of Media out there who picked the Nets to be better and overall most did't see the Knicks being the #2 seed. I posted a bunch of season predictions in another thread. I forget which one. I'll try to find it. The Knicks surprised just about everyone.

I see your point about bringing in Haddadi, matching force with force. However, I would rather bring in Barron, as his offense and battling on the boards might be more of a weapon against Hibbert. Force him to check an active body, as opposed to havinga wrestling match in the paint. This just emphasizes our need for a big man, instead of Chris Smith as the 15th man.
