Dolan is amazing- just when you think he couldn't agrivate you more, he somehow finds a way to do so.
If the Knicks cut Shump without a very, very, VERY legitimate excuse, it'll be a sad day in Knickville. Especially for fans that know anything about Basketball! This dude is clueless!

Wait, is there talk that Shump will be cut?!
no, just paranoid knicks fans who love to hate on Dolan and when there isn't a credible reason, the invent scenarios to satisfy their fix :)

I believe that a deal was made to start JR Smith. Woody acted like what Shump did was not good enough. if Dolan has it made up in his mind to get rid of Shump then Dolan is an azz hole. It don't look good in my opinion. Hell Shumpert starting should be a no brainer. I just don't like Woody's attitude and remarks regarding Shump. Management Can't get political on us now. I believe that Shump can be an all-star. he gets better every year. Woody needs to get some balls and stand up to Dolan. I am a Knicks die hard fan but have a problem with the Knicks management. Keep Shump.
So why doesn't people believe the knicks are being run by politics and not basketball talent decisions?
It's why we didn't sign Copeland and signed Prigs for more money even though we scooped up Udriah.
Anybody that makes a little wave of becoming a fan favorite with talent, we have to move him because of our #1 star Mello. Can't steal any of his shine, but he can't do it by himself he needs help.
Dolan might just want this team to be a show on Broadway and not a bonafide winner in the NBA.
Even thought I dont agree with the whole "anyone whos a threat to Melo has gotta go" narrative, you honestly believe thats why Copelands gone?
Papabear SaysCopeland is gone because of a bone head mistake by management. When they signed Copeland they should have put in an option for the second year but they didn't. Now if they didn't like him they could have let him walk. but no option?? bad move.
wow, I was telling someone that just last night. A team option for a 2nd year is the normal thing to do....wtf

Yeah, the team screwed up immensely with the contract they gave Copeland last year.
Is it possible that after complaining about being forced to play SF Woodson took offense and demanded that he play in summer league to "work" on his ball handling and now he is in the doghouse because he didn't. Maybe it has nothing to do with Dolan. Doesn't seem like something Dolan would get involved in

If Shump gets traded it wont be because of any rift, it will be for a much better player.
They balked at deals even when he was out with the acl injury, I doubt the make a move any time soon, unless its a deal you cant refuse.
And yes I do think Rondo will be dealt to us by the deadline.
