Holy crap!:
I know we've been bad, but I was surprised to read this:
The Knicks are 5-15, tied for the worst 20-game start in franchise history.
http://espn.go.com/blog/new-york/knicks/...
Yikes! I look at the roster, and it doesn't look like this should even be possible. So is this really the worst Knicks team EVER?! That's absolutely beyond disgraceful. Worse than any team IT ever constructed- quite an achievement...
Point Guard and Center
Our point guard, Ray Felton, has been passed by the game or has been playing injured, and hurting the team. Pablo was abused by Uncle Drew.
Our center has no legit backup - or at least, not one who plays.
In the NBA if you're not improving your roster, you're progressively getting worse. The Knicks decided not to address how inept they were with interior defense against the Pacers. At the same time, we have no interior threat to turN when jumpers are not falling.
For the Knicks to discover success and correct defensive flaws, management needs to take a hard look at the roster and Mills/ Houston must make some tough decisions on personnel. Whether it is aging veterans or underperforming starters, our suits have work to do.
Add to that, Improvement is not simply talent. it is cohesion and leadership. We can propose trades 24 hours a day, but players still require time to bond and learn to trust each other. This roster may take another few months - or it may never come together as one.

"We have no answers"
Irving scored 41 against us last season and the cavs loss
steph curry scored 50 against us and golden state loss
Jru holiday had a career 34 point game against us last season & the 76ers loss
In others words pg's were having career games against us but it didn't matter, what mattered was we won moving the ball and sticking to the game plan.
We proved that we didn't even need a center to rack up wins against bigger more talented teams.
He only became a problem against indi when we had a center..
what's worse is that we have yet to play small ball even though Woodson system favors a small line up
I'm telling you I have read at least a dozen articles today that have hammered woodson thought process
A good team will lose to another sub 500 team if the coach has no control of the team and doesn't have a set to play guys who will put forth effort compared to guys who get paid more money.

Give me a break...There wasn't a person on this board that didn't think the roster was an improvement in terms of talent..now as far as leadership, we took a major major step back..There isn't a thing in this world that can replace heart and leadership

Knicks1248 - that could very well be the case. Howsineva, what too many people overlook is that the competition ALSO improved. There is a new draft class (see game changers like Michael Carter williams for starters) trades and free agent movement.
If you avoid this fact, you fall victim to evaluating your team in a vacuum, and not looking at individual matchups. Especially, where it matters most...
Point guard and center.

Check my posts, I always said the team would perform worse because of spacing issue. I'd rather have novak who was great as providing spacing that Bag that is a net negative player.
I would rephrase what you said by saying that all hoped the team improved, but we had yet to see it.
And the loss of Kidd was terrible, him in the backcourt was such a joy to watch even if he had no legs left.
