Sadly, this would be an upgrade. Knicks would be better suited going after a guy who can at least defend the point at the NBA level. It's getting hard to watch them get destroyed any time they play a respectable point guard.
That's true. He defends better than any pg on this roster
dj augustine is better than any PG we have on this roster. plus i like the way he pushes the ball up the court. i'd definitely sign him.

what do we have to lose? I'd sign him. Release JR Smith's brother - he is already paid his hustle money.
he is not the solution. we need a starting caliber point guard and he isn't.

DJ is making less than 10 percent of his threes. He's worthless if he's not making shots and his D sucks. We already have a better player sitting on the bench in Beno. At least Beno will hit some shots while he's being torched.
