Think Melo has lost some fans by the way he's dragged this out- does anyone actually think we were his first choice in this?

Melo wants the most money AND wants to win right away. So basically he wants his cake and to eat it too.

Cake is pretty much useless if you cant eat it.

if its Chicago we will. The Bulls dont have the money to offer melo the max so they will need to give up assets and we know melo isnt gonna take a paycut so it works out well for us
the decsion II. i respect that decision a lot more than the one in 2010. honestly he should have simply gone back to the Cavs the first time around. well at least this time he went north like his hairline.
how about kevin love to cavs, wolves receive shumpert and amare and bennett, knicks receive wiggins, deng?
Rockets have traded Lin to the lakers along with a first rounder, for cash and an overseas players draft rights. Lin has a good opportunity there

So THATS WHY Melo to LA is no longer a consideration.

Good for Lin. I am and will always root for him.

Good for Lin you say, He goes from Melo to Harden to Kobe. I find that funny. I still would have liked the knicks to take lin back only for the picks that came with him and I still think he has upside. It took Lowry and Dragic time and I think Lin needs time too. He has only played 2 1/3 years worth of games or so. Phil should have got that done.
MDA out, Lin in..........
Lakers will tread water without its pick?
They'll pay MDA in his exile. The guy Kobe picked. The man who birthed Linsanity.
Does Byron Scott really want this gig?

better than the freakin sixers though playing with Kobe is really no picnic but there is a good chance that kobe won't play many games.
Lin makes more than Nash.
And another thing, the greatest player in Mav's history asked to take less so they can sign Parsons???
They break up a championship team so they can sign Monta Ellis and now Dirk makes less than Parsons???
Parsons likeley back to rockets and then what?
Cube trying to take a page out of SAS book but really not getting it.'
When did Melo get the vibe that Lebron was not interested? Unreturned Texts? Did he get invited to Cavs?
Once Jack left, I don't see sign and trade contracts for Cav's.

I don't know when the Lakers became a more likeable team than the Rockets, but good, I hope Lin does well out there. I'll be able to root for him.
Bosh returning to Heat, which means the rockets will have no choice but to go all at Melo or their offseason is a disaster.

Hopefully Melo stays or possibly Phil does a sign and trade with the bulls and the Rockets have to keep Parsons at 15 mil per. Nice that Morey gave up a bit to get rid of the poison pill deal he gave lin.
