None
pray Melo is not the only one

Follow Melo or follow Phil?

I never realized Pau had such a bromance with Melo.

With your enthusiasm, your love for CA, NYK's,and Phil Jackson, and undoubtful opinion that CA would return a Knick, good for you with the rest of the Knick's/Fans
Rub it in to DK, TFK, and even poster's like me (who are not the greatest fans of CA at anything close to a MAX for NYK's but view him as a very good scorer)
Hopefully he is willing to leave us a little bit of wiggle room and we can use that room to either sign a deservedly MAX, or combinations of players in the 3rd tier and lower at a discounted price
Changes are made already, will continue to take place, and with a system/philosophy emphasized on an entire team system, CA can still shine but accept a role that embraces the better of a the team and not his own STAT's, though he would also need to talent to do so....
When it is all said and done, CA/Jeremy Tyler are probably are best 2 post players will be part of our future and are our best 2 post options (outside of STAT who may or may not be part of our future plans)
NO ONE ever suggested that CA doesn't have the talent do be a more complete player, he will be part of a NYK's, and would shine under his skill set's and post abilities that are a big part of the triangle in addition to his SHOOTING ability/ability to pass that he showed last season with willingness
Let it all out

MELOOOOOOOOO
of course, i am one of those who is glad he comes back.
a simple lesson in market forces...
that's what melo showed us...
many fans were thinking, "well...maybe we can live without him"... then the rumors start that he's gone...then jackson meets him in la and he's back....then...maybe la is alluring...leaving us wondering...wondering...and then...
i'm back!
great strategy for him to get the max.
however, the real bottom line is keeping him was a top priority and phil jax let melo know, and he is the kind of player that with our new management tells melo and free agents that we are a team you want to play for.

Im not mad that he is staying but it seems some are more happy that he got the max instead of taking less and giving phil more flexibility to build around him

Have terms been confirmed and published? I haven't seen. Maybe he takes less.

Yea let's wait and see on that
I don't think this is set in stone yet.
okay it's not set in stone...but...here's the other realities:
lebron leaving cleveland hurt his rep immensely
he can't afford the same at his age
While I'm glad Melo's staying in New York if he's serious about winning a championship as a Knick, the process starts with him. Playing defense (all the time), passing the ball consistently, and making his teammates better are not his strong suits.
I can only hope that Anthony will buy into Jackson's and Fisher's vision. You'd think double digit rings would get the attention of a player who has only won a couple of playoff series in a ten year NBA career. I'd like to think with a real offensive system and other players who've bought into it, Melo will be more than just a high volume, low percentage scorer.
Only time will tell.

Nothing is until the contract is signed. This has been a little nerve wracking.
Allanfan20 wrote:http://m.espn.go.com/nba/story?storyId=1...This is not set in stone. He hasn't even made a decision yet bc he is waiting on LeBron so this report is false.
interesting the article does not reference/seek to contradict the daily news piece.
why not?
and frank isola is in the knick fan doghouse...clearly he's tryin to get out...
EDIT: also, when was the article originally posted...not edited? i think it was earlier in the day.
Party at my place if Melo leaves
