Agree on Blair, also Marion, Blatche, Ed Davis, and Okafor

Oh, and I would be interested in the team taking a chance on Fredette.

Yes!

Would give Humphries a 1 year deal with a team option for the 2nd at the MLE. We need rebounding and size.

What Knicksfan said

Phil says the Knicks are "long at the guard position," so that'll take "some roster management."

In no particular order:

Ball handling Guards - Calderon, Prigioni, Larkin
Guards battling to stay - Smith, Shumpert, Ellington, Hardaway (1-2 will be gone)
Forwards with offensive skills - Melo, Anthony
Rebounding, Defending Forwards - Tyler, Stoudemire, Martin (maybe)
Men In the Middle - Dalembert, Aldrich, Bargnani

Stoudemire is a liability on defense.
The four spot is where we need the most help. My kingdom for a clone of Terry Cummings

“I want to be fiscally responsible,” he says. “We’ve been a taxpayer team for a little bit and we want to limit that.”

That’s why the Knicks, who still have the mini midlevel exception (which allows them to offer up to a $3.3 million contract), may not take advantage of all their assets. In Jackson’s words, “We’re not just going to foolishly throw money away because it’s available to us.”

Good, it's about time!

JORTS is available. Josh Harrelson was a Knicks second round pick, is almost 7 foot, is a big body, plays hard, boxes out well, and can shoot the trey. I bring him back for minimum to play Luc Longley in a heartbeat in the triangle.
