Thompson is a client of Rich Paul, who is also Lebron's agent/friend, so I doubt it will be him. Thompson is turning into a very good big off the bench in the mold of Taj Gibson.

thats just plain silly. don't lose credibility for valid critiques with posts like this.

what we'd like to see is him getting 8 assists even if his shot is relatively on. He should not just pass because his shot has zero chance of going in.

He had many nice passes that his initial intention was to pass, not just "all the doors are closed" passes.

You make a lot of valid points in your posts generally but this is straight ridiculous. Come on, man.

Never been a huge Melo fan but it seems as if he's passing more this season. Let's see if he keeps it up all year. IF the guy were to average 4 or more assists, Id be pretty happy.

Ok, you win. Assists are good except when Carmelo doles them out. Got it.

Ok I see you're asking for a restroom pass

After you catch wind I was getting ready to call

On you for further breakdown for formulas in basic principles

Not my fault you and the caravan have established a pattern here

When Melo plays like absolute hot garbage simmering over

A whale that burst on the beach shore

You guys want to look at stuff like his ast or hockey ast

Or the rebounds he grabbed or how hard he cheers on the bench

When he plays well none of you riding camels across the desert

Mention the above because they are sparse, far few inbetween, disappearing acts

The excavating of Melo's productivity in hellacious game moments is comical at best

First of all, I don't expect you to know exactly where everyone stands on the Melometer on this site and I'm certainly new here and not as prolific or as well known a poster as some but believe me when I tell you that I have always been pretty one sided when it comes to Melo in that I've NEVER been a big fan of his. I thought the Knicks shoulda let him walk and said at the time it was a mistake. I hoped for a total rebuild etc etc. So spare me the 10 lines of iambic pentameter accusing me of being a Melo fanboy just because I pointed out how ridiculous your assertion was. Ok?
