Although we lost the game, a couple of our players did a hell of a job tonight. Larkin, Acy, and Hardaway. I am mostly impressed with Hardaway because he has been stinking up the room as of late.

Although I want the Knicks to win games, but I like it when the coach decides to play the young players. I can live with a loss if the young kids are allowed to develop. Larkin appears to figure out his spot on the floor now. He knows now that he is more the Capable of making the short 3s. He gets In The paint at will tonight and kept his dribble.

Consistent playing time yields consistent result. The kid can learn how to defend,but who on this roster can you tell him to emulate as a defender other then Larkin?

Dude... What 2 guard do we have that plays better defense... Stop shump is not a good defender, and jr is the worst of the three defensively ... of the three thjr is the best for the triangle he's the only one that can hit the open 3 j or drive to the hoop.. When thjr is out there our energy and overall play is more rounded ... Thjr deserves to start and get 30 plus... Plus he plays at 100 percent all of the time which the other two do not.
At this point, I'd play Tim 30 minutes too and give him a long leash just so we know if he is worth it long term and whether or not extended playing time will give him a chance to learn to play a more complete game. He may be another lower IQ player, though he may just be points and not much else. Might as well find out since we know what JR and Shump are already.

The only thing he has over JR is a litte more brains but it doesnt translate on the court. At least not yet
