Some fans around here are a lil nuts. Faried is NY basketball. All ball, all hustle
26 points 25 rebounds all that damage was done in just 29 minutes. All that is unheard off

That's what happens when a coach won't tolerate
My ish don't stink BS and decides to bench you for like 2 weeks
We'll see if he can continue where he left off in the summer
But yes he was always 1000times more valuable than Chumpert

Have a look at the other 30 games he's played this season- he's been pretty poor and is overpaid and has a bad attitude, but hey, he had one good game so lets trade for him!!!!!!

But not for shumpert..... and we're going to need a first round pick
isn't he missing cartilage in both knees or something like that?

I think you're thinking of that PF the Spurs drafted- something Blair? And it was his ACL's that had vanished, if I remember correctly. Can't remember what happened to him after the Spurs traded him.

He now plays for the Wizards
Faried is not happy in Denver. He and the coaching staff don't get along. He is a hell of a talent who don't require for anyone to run plays for him. A high motor who demand the same energy from his teammates. Oh, some here will never like such a player.
I think that shumpert rumor included us trading a first rounder as well so i wasnt too interested. Faried plays well in spurts

I have to chalk a lot of his regression to the injury. His defense clearly took a hit, so we know his leg must be off. Remember, that guy had some awfully quick hands and that was a large part of the reason for steals. The other was his lateral motion and overall speed, I think that took a hit. I'm just supposing here...
The other part of his play might just be the mental part. Perhaps from the injury, to the Woodson thing, to a losing team???
A bit sad as he really could have been something really really special on the defensive end and was playing with confidence and well on offense. Just like Gallo, that one back injury really smacked his game, even when he was playing quite well, it was clear he was on a lower level post injury.
That said, I bet a chance to play on a contender would bring some of his A game back.

good post. I agree
I would take the Manimal over Shump and all the other guards any day. He has a bigger heart then all of the Mnicks combined

face it. there ain't no A game.
sorry dude ... I know that it is a tough pill to swallow.
If Faried is available, trade for him. We need a guy if his caliber to be par of whatever starting 5 we decide to go with. Trade them Calderon, Dalembert and Shump for Faried and ????
