That's right the Nuggets want picks or probably youth
Not in the business of giving them away
Anyway this guy we need back badly
I'd trade Calderon and 2018 1st for him
Some kind of Joke? a 2018 first!!! Have we not learned our lesson yet?
Not even would I give them a heavily protected first.
Calderon and 1st round pick? For Chandler? Hell no. Was glad to see him traded. Talented but with no motor. The only time Chandler played up to his potential in NY was when there were trade rumours involving him. He would light up the stat sheet for a few games, and when the rumours died down his game would fall back to earth. As an expiring contract to unload Calderon without the pick, if that can be done, wouldnt bother me.
Love The Mayor but hell no to a 1st round pick being traded away.
Absolutely sig worthy, at any point in time:

Next up:
Every first round pick
in the 2020's and THJr
for Gallo!
Get that guy back!
We need him!
I like Will Chandler a lot. Very good player. Cant stay on the court though. Ill pass for now. Sure as phuck not giving up a pick for him. Not so good there 3G/F5

he is an inadequate defender and his shot selection is dontknowboutthat

Cosign.
But....for a future #2 and Calderon OR THJ?
I'd have to seriously think about that one.....

I guess that means we're going to be terrible in 2018 too
Not completely out of the question
But I was looking at keeping 2016-2017 cap flexibility
And collecting about $8mil in overall savings
We preserve our 2015 cap, then again if a team
Like the Pacers-Detroit-Bobcats-Bulls pick him up
Just another rung down the ladder we go
Hell f....g no. We don't need this dude.

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm
Chandler at $7mil
Monroe at $17mil

ha ha yeah just maybe down another rung and into the vortex of futility. the 800 pound gorilla is the conceit that you can populate the team with "triangle players." who are they? chandler?
when's melo's ridiculous contract up again? oh yeah early termination 2018-19 for a tidy sum of 28 million. sickening

When was the last time Chandler played a full season? Looking at Chandler's body of work, does he even come close to Monroe? Further, we already have Carmelo at the SF position, why must we even fathom replicating that position? For years, Knicks have made the mistake of having too many similar players on the roster; I hope for once we fix that.
Once again, hell no to Chandler

Melo plays PF on offense Chandler would play the 3
They switch roles on defense
So why was it okay for Phil to dump Shumpert a 17th pick to get rid of J.R. Smith to gain cap space
But considered abhorrent to to do the same a pick in the future to dump Calderon?
Why are we contemplating anchoring a 2nd yr player THJR 21st pick to Calderon to get rid of his salary
Chandler has a team option BTW we could essentially not pick his option up
Thus creating and additional $7-8mil in cap
Or is this another case of you guys picking and choosing when cap space is relevant and when it isn't
Why would we give up a 2018 first and our starting PG for a player with one year left who plays the one position that is not an area of need for us?
this gets my vote for most ridiculous post/suggestion of the month.
why would you give up a first round pick for someone who's probably going to be a free-agent next year anyway?
Chandler always gets injured- I like him, but no thanks. A 2018 pick? You've lost the plot. Rumours are he's Blazer's bound.

theres been a ton of entrants into that discussion.
