I think Phil wants to bring in professionals. Lou and Lance seemed to have picked up the offense faster than the guys already here. Both are journeyman. Lance has a rep for being great in the locker room. Lou has played hard for like 10 different teams in his career. They both came in and have been pros. We need talent, but we need guys to punch in their clocks and go to work without an agenda. This is why I think they were brought in here.

like next year when the team is capped out after building the roster and your looking for minimum guys who fill out your roster and fill needs and play roles... Yea, there is a really good and clear reason to take a look at Lance and Lou. You just dont agree with it and tend to spin things you dont agree with into them not making sense. Kind of like how I do with your formatting.
