I think you are making a big deal out of nothing. WCS is not a top four pick he is middle of the pack first round pick at best. Everybody knows this he is offensively challenged like Chandler.
I will also add--there will be an NBA team who drafts Jahill Okafor gets him in perfect shape puts him at 4 and will have a great player there. The push down on this kid in the last week has been out of this world. For the Knicks to now not even consider him is far out there--not somewhere Id go. I think jahill would be better than any Knick including Carmelo by year 2 from the PF spot.
Not top 4, Yes his defense might be very good but he is limited offensively.

Would you please stop this? You're acting like a crazy person.

+1. You go on a new idea for a few days (like the KD trade) and post 5 new threads on it each time.

Im asking if fans would like Stein top 4--what is wrong with that? I dont get it? Either answer or pass--not a big deal?

What we're saying is you gotta chill out. Every 3 days you have a new idea that you're certain is going to happen and you give us like 30 posts in five threads on the same idea.

You can always ignore--simple as that.
The Knicks are no longer considering OK4?
Briggs is posting like he is juicing lol
Phil has been using too many words with both S and J in them. This leads me to conclude ... wait for it ...

Fair enough. I still value reading your posting. Sorry I worded that harshly.

Nothing wrong with the question since it's being pushed in the media. Straight answer; No. WCS is clearly a limited player, even after spending 3 years at UK. The clear choice is Okafor.

This. Great post
Its ideal if your top3 guys does alot of things well.. meaning they play both offense and defense... its very hard to build a team around players who are deficient on either end of the court and woth stein hes not trustworthy when the ball is in his hands.. with a top 4 pick you want someone who can do that...
Been checking out WCS's cheeks on YouTube and using some advanced measuring metrics...
His butt is not big enough for an NBA center, and I don't think he has enough butt expansion potential to grow into the position.
Somebody is going to reach for him and others based on their final four performance. At times WCS has looked more impactful than Towns because he runs on offense....great hands on those alley oops.....and has the ability to protect the rim without getting in foul trouble. So I think its a good question and i can see somebody reachingfor him. Especially in a run and gun system. In a half court / triangle system....WCS will be terrible on offense but like everybody else he still has room to improve. Kaminsky is a phil type of center. I can see phil targeting him over WCS.

i've seen okafor play a few times now. i have questions about his conditioning and his motor and his quickness. that has a direct impact on his ability to defend on the professional level where everyone is a bigger and stronger. in the nba you can't afford to be a liability or even average and expect to help your team win. on the offensive end he seems to lack the ability to elevate which may well mean that he can be neutralized effectively, made less efficient by less than defensively elite big men.
i look forward to seeing him play this evening and would like to be proven wrong since the knicks need to have choices. i mention choices because the default position for many so-called knicks fans seems to be to acquire talent regardless of fit. that would be a grave mistake and i am happy to have read that phil jackson looks more for fit and defense.

Same exact things couldve been said about Demarcus cousins to a tee and now look what they have. There is no 6-10 275 pound basketball player with his advanced skills who has even a scintilla of a chance to be a bust. From everything i have read he is a very hard worker and he will learn how to use his body while it matures. This is a 18 year old kid who has lead his team to the final four without ANY real interior help.
