agree but nobody can complain after the bulls got every damn call.

They got a few but honestly you could call an offensive foul on James almost every possession with his forearm shoves. Lebron made a great shot and I always felt the Cavs would win because the bulls let them keep it close in the 3rd.

Glad LBJ hit the game winner. Your serve DROSE. As a Knick fn just can't root for the Bulls. See the 90's.

+1000

not a good sign at all.

And, the cavs REALLY miss Love.

He's a bum. No they really miss him.

eh ... it was a great game either way and a better series now.

I want Lebron to win just because its more exciting to watch him then the boring bulls (though I respect them).

I will have a really hard time watching a bulls wizards series.

this should be a new rule: during ref replays, both teams CANT go to sidelines to talk to coaches...instead they MUST stay inside half court circle. if teammates talk, at least the other team will hear it...therefore NO advantage

This is silly.

I disagree. If Cleveland had to inbound with 1.5 seconds without the chance for the coach to draw up a play LeBron probably doesn't get a good shot off. The stoppage of play influenced the outcome of the game.
holfresh @ 5/10/2015 8:48 PM
McHale recognizing the offense is stagnant with Harden holding the ball has Jason Terry running the offense..But Harden still needs touches..Harden needs the ball to be effective.. He ain't a catch a shoot guy..

So you dont want replays then for any reason. The ability to talk with your team is dependent on the replay. You wanna remove TV timeouts as well?

Like I said, this is silly.

I get the feeling that LeBron will give Gilbert "its either me or Blatt" if they don't win it all. Thought he would do a better job. Im guessing Lue will be the next coach.

you object to the free timeout as a negative side effect of the positive rule of being able to review the play, but only when a team has expended them all. i don't have a problem with that but what is your solution?

not a fair ultimatum when you are without kevin love, who, presumably, lebron himself gm'd.

reddick with the brick at 6:20 and a breakaway layup the other way. jeezus

I believe that LeBron would rather see Lue as coach. This isn't the first time that Lue has covered for Blatt. LeBron had his dust ups with Spoelstra, but he seemed to have more respect for him as a coach.

Blatt actually tried to sideline LeBron in crunch time with the series on the line by making him inbound the ball. That's crazy and a really bad idea for a rookie coach to do with a player of LeBron's stature and influence. Might not be fair but Blatt isn't exactly making a case for himself right now.

wow i didn't know that! how did you suss that out? i watched a bunch of the post game and from what i got from blatt's postgame was that lebron "took the check" on the dinner. you understood something different, apparently, but what's your source?

reddick is cold and he's hurting his team

That's what Brian Windhorst said. He said that Blatt drew up that play and LeBron said "no, give me the ball!." He said of Blatt's late game miscues, that he never seen anything like it in his years covering the league. He usually is pretty spot on when it comes to LeBron. Windhorst gets a lot of flak for being so closely tied to James, but he is a good writer/analyst IMO.

I wonder if they want coach Fisher..

if this is an accurate portrayal of what actually went down then kudos to blatt for acquiescing to an all-time great.

dk7th wrote:grizzlies have had injury issues all season and are more or less healthy right now and gelling at the right time. good for them. i like players like conley and tony allen and gasol. all are somehow underrated.

interesting statement was made at some point of last night's broadcast, where someone said: "grizzlies [are one of the few team that] play playoff basketball during the regular season." this may not get you the best record or the highest seed but it apparently has its benefits. this is why it always pays to ask whether the team you root for looks like a playoff team or not.

"a win is a win" is false.

Gasol is not underrated..he put up some horrendous shots, much like Aldridge last night and he didn't have to..He won defensive player of the year when he wasn't even the best defensive player on his team...Gasol is a lot of things, underrated ain't one of them..

he has made only two all-star appearances in a seven-year career. what does that tell you?

It tells me that DHow has been injured at least two years

it tells me that style trumps substance in the nba all-star voting process, ie howard is overrated if gasol is not underrated.

DHow is a force when healthy..He took Orlamdo to the Finals..You might have forgotten..

yeah d-how is a force all right. getting blown the f out by the clips by 22 points as we speak.
