If that was offered I would support that trade too. I doubt it is offered though unless it was a conditional top 15 and/or we sent them hardaway.
I would hope the knicks tried to make Lance a 6th man too. He's just like JR when he is a better player when playing against other teams benches.

I think after maxing out Butler, Chicago will look to clear some salary from their front court (either taj or Noah). Noah had a bad year this season, and is starting to breakdown, so I think they will probably try to move him. I'd take him or Hibbert (if he opts in) as a stop gap for a year.

Winslow is the safe pick in a lot of ways. I think he'll be a good player, but definitely the safest option.

Yeah he's definitely the safe pick. I think as a rookie he will be similar to what Fields brought as a rookie offensively (10 pts, 5-6 rebs, 38% 3pt) but with more elite defense. And obviously the upside is there to develop into much more than that.

The triangle, like any other offense, still requires someone who can break down defense and get to the basket. Also, Mudiay would be an effective cutter in this offense. I think the question is less about does he effectively fit the offense and more about will this offense be able to maximize his crazy potential.

Yes, totally agree, in the Triangle once you get the ball you either shoot, pass or immediately drive to the hoop if there is no defender in front of you. Breaking down the D Allan Iverson-style in not a part of the Triangle at all.

Winslow is quick and strong, don't see why he can't be a great cutter and a penetrator in some instances.
They've also said he is an unselfish player.
Someone around here compared him to Manu Ginóbili, and I can actually see this.
I'm still worried about his ability to shoot off the dribble, and his foul shooting, which is always a red flag thing for me, especially when evaluating somebody who plays 1-3 on the court.
DExpress said he had a reputation coming out of HS that he was not a great shooter, though he put up 41% from the 3 this year.
Would love to see some videos of him shooting.
I think he's a winner and a fierce competitor, and expect that James would really like to have him on the Cavs.

I think this refers to some positive comments about Winslow's workout with the Knicks. This is from Hahn on positive comments about Winslow, but not Mudiay. He's saying that the Knicks did not release anything.

It sounds like Charlotte and Orlando are very interested in drafting Winslow. A hornets blog has a poll asking fans whether the hornets should trade up to get Winslow.
