i said i do not see an efficient player out there when it comes to the triangle. have you see much triangle in sl? he'll be fine in a bench role outside of the triangle. i am saying when i see him play i see a lot of energy but it isn't a team-oriented energy, meaning when it comes to working his game through the triangle offense i just don't see it. he's also taking too many shots at the expense of trying to be a playmaker.

i have seen the barest semblance of the triangle out there, mostly not. spacing, cutting, positioning all not great. lots of high pick and roll, some weave at the top of the key.
hey it's summer league. i think it's more of a free for all audition than a force-fed offense.
Early certainly wasn't invisible against the Sixers. If he can stay aggressive but play smart, Early can help make the second unit pretty potent.

They are running a lot of triangle sets they just get into it differently. Each game has showcased different ways the triangle can be run. They coaches are tinkering with new sets and trying to create fluidity.
Personally, I take what I see from second year players i SL with a grain of salt. However, It is possible Early can become an efficient player in the triangle offense because it helps hide his lack of dribbling skills. All he has to do is become a good screener, cutter, finisher, and spot up shooter. If Early can become a legit NBA defender he might be able to stay in this league.

I actually think Early is more confident in his dribble drive now. With him it's mostly about confidence. He's playing with confidence and that's making him faster and more aggressive. He's showing just enough handles to get the job done. He doesn't have to be Curly Neal with the ball.
As you say this system helps to a guy like Early so that he's not forced to have to dribble to create scoring opportunities all the time. He just needs to be able to do it a few times a game, which I think he's capable of doing.
