Are you gonna at least acknowledge that this roster needs some upgrades. The offense they're running is fine but could use some more talent to make it work better. You know this!
Early just doesn't look like an NBA player to me, I hate to say. He always looks tentative. His jumper looks terrible.

The Hornets do not have that much more talent than the Knicks (when fully healthy) - and yet they're 44-33. Because they're well coached and play a system that suits their talent.

I don't think it's the offense per se, so much as the coaching specifically. Rambis is terrible. I thought Fisher was pretty good.

I'm just talking about any time I've ever see him play NBA basketball.
I'm not rooting against him, I would love to see something from him. I've just never seen a positive sign from him.
