No way. I am not giving up nothing for Rose. They should be sending a 1st just to take him of their hands. If they take on Calderon toss in a 1st rd pick, and Gibson then we would have something to talk about. Tony Wroten gives you what Rose gives you and Wroten has sucked thus far in his career.
No to Rose...If Knicks are trading for any Bulls players, it should be for Butler.
Knicks should sit tight and wait for R.Westbrook next year.

Of all the crazy names I hear thrown around here... Westbrook is the one I think we might have an actual shot at.
Really depends on what Durant does this off-season and next... but I could see a scenario in which we can get Westbrook.
BUT - to even be in the conversation, we need to look like a GOOD team that is one piece away.
That's why I advocate for Conley this off-season.
PG - Conley
SG - Westbrook
SF - Melo
PF - KP
C - Rolo
That's a team. BUT - we need to be GOOD first for Westbrook to even consider it. Conley gets us GOOD and looking like we're one dynamic backcourt partner away from being able to challenge the Cavs.
Rose bridges the gap for a potential Westbrook or Paul signing in 2017. His contract expires & if we trade Lopez it frees up an extra 14-15 million (whatever Lopez makes) to sign one of those guys.
I believe the Knicks will sign a max player (hopefully KD) this offseason, hence needing Lopez's salary off the books to sign a max player in 2017.
Add in the fact that Porzingis will be playing center in this offense.
Also think Rose has some left in the tank.
