Knicks · O.T. Judge to rule on mistrial for Rose case on Tuesday (page 3)
smackeddog wrote:Why do you have to have training to not just leave your used condoms on the bed or floor?!
No they mean don't just leave it in the bathroom trash can where it can be picked up. The point is that an unscrupulous woman might use the sperm to impregnate herself. It sounds gross but it's a real concern.

First of all it's a free country and I have an opinion just like you!!! It seems to me that you aren't fully aware of the facts of this case as they've been updated.
Rose's sexual habits being what they are, you and I may not agree with it, but that doesn't mean he raped this woman. You seem to have made up your mind about him based on your own morals but your views are your own as are mine. Just cuz you wouldn't perhaps agree with his lifestyle doesn't mean consenting adults are not free to do what they want in the bedroom legally.

Obviously somebody was in this woman's ear, FILLING HER UP WITH PREMIUM

That's how it appears to me as well. Wouldn't be the first time a gold-digging woman tried "plan B" to get paid. Rose looks like he may be a mark in this affair. I hope so, because the alternative is that he's a disgusting criminal.

A rapist who forces a woman or takes advantage of her while she is incapacitated is obviously someone who is impossible to root for.
But in this case there is a lot of gray area, and it is possible to see why Rose does not feel he did anything wrong.
And juries make mistakes too, one way or the other, so the decision on whether to root for a player will be taken based on facts and each individual's interpretation of these facts.he isn't a high character person. too much history of sleaze and the knicks need high character employees.
But it's ok for the Presidential nominee to be a rapist and a sleaze ball. If you compare Rose to Trump, Rose looks like an angel. Welcome to the United States of American, where some lives matter and others don't. I'm not poking at anybody in this thread, or anybody thats connected to my reply statement (this is not a personal attack at anybody in here).....I'm just tired of this ugly system we live in, where money and success dominates all rules / standards the average person has to follow. There is a serious problem and will always be a serious problem, as long as we are slaved to money and success....But don't mind me, I'm just blowing off steam.....
As for Rose, I don't see why having sex with a woman who sent out the invitation is a bad thing (assuming these are the facts). But if this is a fact, not sure how anybody could be mad at Rose. Now if it was a dude he had sex with, then it would be hard for me to root for him (but again thats my own personal preference and eventually I would quickly get over it). If any good looking woman gives a STRAIGHT man an invitation to engage in sex, then 99% of all STRAIGHT men would be guilty of being a sleaze balls.....As Trump implied, when you are a celebrity, you don't abide by the same rules and standards as the average person (knick fan).....Rose is in the same Trump category, as far as having money and being a celebrity. Remove the jealousy or racism, and you will see Rose is just like all the other celebs who continue to squeeze through the justice system un-phased. As the old saying goes, Don't hate the player, hate the game!

Dude you are all over the place!!! I can't even begin to understand your position. I haven't said Rose is guilty or innocent. I'm just saying you nor I can really put our own morality on him just as you wouldn't want someone to put their morality on you for how you choose to live. Just cuz we have some info on his bedroom activity it's easy to point fingers but no one knows what you do so they can't judge you. If he did not rape this woman then you really should just keep your own views on his legal sex life to yourself. There are people who have sexual behavior that may not conform to the so called NORMS of the average person but if it's not illegal who are you to judge???

in spite of everything trump maintains a fringe fanbase. he is considered a lowlife sleazeball by the vast majority of women as well as men in this country. and guilty or innocent, so will derrick rose maintain a fringe fan base who can look past this event. the main difference is that one guy will be *fired* by the electorate by november 8th-- fired and embarrassed-- while the other will likely remain employed through mid-april, blithely unaffected by his participation in weirdness.
i see both as malignant narcissists, them and the owner of the knicks. guilty or innocent, there is something wrong with derrick rose.

Yea... a 24 year old rich jock is offered sex by a woman who wants to have sex with him and his buddies. So they all have sex.

It depends on which generation you are talking about....Running a train on someone (which been going on waaaay before we were born) is similar to these group sex activities that goes on all the time (whatever floats your boat, I'm not going to judge). They even have websites and chat rooms for this stuff. This used to be weird and disgusting, now its a weekend activity for not only superstars, but the average human being. The problem is when it's not consent....But how do you prove this, is the problem....
You also have girls out there learning the game and learning how to take advantage of young (in Trumps case OLD), dumb and full of cum celebrities and entertainers.....Looks like bad judgement on Rose part. He has enough money to just pay her for his own bad decision making, even if he thinks he's innocent. But eitherway, Rose image will be impacted, regardless. Eventually, IF HE'S SMART, his charity events and community service will over shadow this. It happens all the time. Ray Lewis is a good example .....He's a hero in the baltimore community. Rose is the same in Chicago! This is just a bump in the road for these guys.....Hopefully it's a learning lesson for him and we all can move on!

You're entitled to say your opinion whenever you want and I'm not allowed to say anything negative about your new Knickerbockers man crush? All I'm doing is pointing out that you are a hypocrite
Still not making any sense! Why are you accusing me of having a man crush on Rose? What have I said that warrants such an accusation? Just cuz I presented the other side of the story which some want to ignore? I haven't said he was guilty or innocent or liable in this case! Me pointing out the facts about Doe's behavior is not hypocritical. If she is not telling the truth then that should be known. If she is telling the truth then Rose should pay.
Also why are you attacking me personally as if I did something to you? I think you need to check yourself before you continue to attack me and make accusations about me that you can't prove.
