First of all it's a free country and I have an opinion just like you!!! It seems to me that you aren't fully aware of the facts of this case as they've been updated.

Rose's sexual habits being what they are, you and I may not agree with it, but that doesn't mean he raped this woman. You seem to have made up your mind about him based on your own morals but your views are your own as are mine. Just cuz you wouldn't perhaps agree with his lifestyle doesn't mean consenting adults are not free to do what they want in the bedroom legally.

Me pointing out the facts about Doe's behavior is not hypocritical. If she is not telling the truth then that should be known. If she is telling the truth then Rose should pay.

I think I read it should finish around Friday (evidence wise) - hopefully won't be too much longer

Judge set parameters to limit the length of the case. I think the max is 7-8 business days but it might be less. Info might be in this thread or the thread in the ot forum.

Yeah, especially those made two years after the fact when it was plain she wasn't getting paid any other way, and law school possibly wasn't looking like it was going to work out as well.

If she wins, ever wonder if her family will be disgraced by sharing in her millions?

My gut was telling me this was nothing more than a money grab weeks ago but I was willing to let it play out to see. After all, rape is a terrible thing and needs to be taken seriously. But come on--Doe and her lawyers hiding texts, her ex-friend calling her a liar on the stand today...and this is on top of so many other questionable things surrounding her and he charges. Then she charges that they broke in? Oh yeah? Where's the evidence? Broken door, windows, no police report, even by the others who live there?? Then there's the roommate coming home reporting no break in and nothing unusual the rest of the night (no commotion, screaming, etc.). Then no police report until years later, only after a civil suit was filed?? Then there's the text by Doe to Rose after the fact, not accusing him of rape but saying 'what's up with you? You owe me money for a sex belt and a cab.'?????? Isn't that the time you should be talking to the police, going to the hospital?? Then the partying in Vegas a couple of weeks after. All this is the truth. It's unfortunate. Rose deserves the stress behind it because when you do dirt you have to clean it up. This is the ramifications of messing with women like this. Gotta mature and grow up.

I find it hallarious that the fans who dogged rose from the very beginning, wothout any facts.....zero.....calling him names and everything else are now hiding in the closet, with their heads between their legs. Of course they will now reply and say, rose is still guilty of mis- treating a female. And so are 70% or more knick fans (made up number of course) and 90% of any young stud in their sexual prime.

Stick to the facts first....leave the assumptions and bias views alone. Treat everybody equal....Remember innocent before proven guilty? That actually applies to everybody, not just a select few.

Life is full of success and learning lessons.....Lets hope Rose learned his lesson from this.....and can now focus on basketball.
