I was fascinated by what Hinkie was doing! Not saying I was a fan, or a hater as one need not have an opinion on EVERYTHING which is why IM not defending or hating Hinkie or what he did. No doubt sixer owner Harris, a Hedge fund whore was in on it so it was not just Hinkie doing what he wanted. It was some mad scientist shyt they were trying to pull off and it deviated from most team contruction logic. How could anyone NOT be fascinated by it? My guess was they were so pathetic that owners were upset and insisted Adam Silver do something. Collangelo inclusion (jerry) seemed league mandated as was when we got Donnie Walsh to help Dolan post Isiah.

Shyt happens. When it happens to JR smith, its just different, right?
Cleveland Cavaliers guard JR Smith has a fractured right thumb and will need surgery, the team announced. The typical recovery time from such an injury is four to six weeks, but the Cavaliers said a timeline to return will be established after the surgery. Smith exited the first half of Tuesday’s 114-108 overtime win against the Milwaukee Bucks. – via ESPN
Crazy moment with 30 seconds left tie game, Boogie goes in for a layup to give the Kings the lead, he gets fouled, makes the basket... and picks up a tech (his second) which gets him ejected... the refs, realizing it's his second, TAKE BACK the tech, let him shoot the free throw... then he goes down the other end and blocks Dame Lillard's jumper in the lane.
Ultimate Boogie Cousins game.
Spit out the mouthpiece around the 45S mark
The way he continued to glare at the Blazers on the bench after he did it instead of immediately retrieving his mouthpiece tells it was intentional.
The fact that he committed an offensive foul with his elbow on a defender who was backing up and trying not to foul is another thing.
Cousins is like the Donald Trump of the NBA...and refs seem to let him get away with a lot of crap in terms of contact and whining.
Guy has a great deal of talent, but he is an idiot...not much more to say about him.
Yeah, I'm not really a fan of his. He's only won over 30 games ONCE in seven seasons. Never made the playoffs. A bull of a scorer down low, with a sweet jumper. But a true headcase. I'm glad I don't have to root for him. I just couldn't believe he lost his Sh!t like that in a close game where he was dominating in all ways. If Melo ever did that, he'd be roasted by the NY fans and media.

Chicago is going to drop to a game under .500 after losing to the Hornets.

And they go into San Antonio on Christmas Day for their next game. Could be two games under very soon.
Boston and OKC playing a good tight game in the 4th quarter right now.

Also, Giannis Antetokounmpo is playing out of his mind right now. It's kind of incredible.

Was just coming in to post on Westbrook. Freaking crazy. Dude was skipping and dancing and singing to himself while raining threes in the fourth against GOOD C's defense. This is one of those games in which he actually DOES look like the MVP of the league.

Westbrook is the freakin Energizer Bunny 🐰! I can't believe what he's doing this year.

Shumpert still playing out of control moving in and around the basket...Mis-passes, mis-handling the ball, wild shots..With little to no defense around..I don't understand..

Nets may beat the Hornets.
CrushAlot@ 12/26/2016 9:57 PM
Nets win. Foye with a huge game winning shot.

Anyone following the Wizards? They seem to be getting their act together. And if so what's the deal w porter. He was drafted high but seemed like a potential bust but this year seems very solid. Is it the coaching changes or did the light bulb finally go off for him?

NBA TV just loves the Lakers...There are no reasons whey the Lakers should be involved in so many nationally televised games..I see them more than Houston and SA..I see them all the time..

Residual Laker fans still exist despite recent decline. Kind of like when Knicks were on national TV. Fans like watching stars. Kobe was a huge draw. I commend his effort to come back and earn that paycheck. The way he want out was awesome. Years of success has built up a pretty good national fanbase.
