But Melo has to realize that Rose doesn't help us win games, right? It's a rebuild but doesn't make us a worse team.
wait till you see Baker/Randle for 48 minute a game

I think it's a lot easier to be in denial when you're starting a former MVP at PG, as opposed to undrafted rookies
Milwaukee is close to Chicago. They need guard there. Problem is Rose wants that big money.
Nalod is not into spite, punishment or justice. Just baskebgall. Rose is a wacky kid, but he is stoic on the court so I don't care what he does off it.
Rose is going to be working on a one year $17mm deal next year and see if he can keep his shyt together.
I can see him as a pet project of Magic Johnson. Or Next to Holiday in Nola? Its a shyt show waiting to happen. Davis does his ACL, and Rose and Boogie are running the team.
With a bumper crop of PG's coming in the league next year, that's fewer jobs, and less money to throw at Rose.

Unless he feels that keeping Rose on the team potentially hurts our chances to tank for the rest of the season? And he also wants to truly see what Randle and Baker can provide before going into the offseason? It would not go well if they benched Rose with his impending free agency.
Letting him sit and not let him go to a contender is not a good gig. I'd say if we are not going to play him then release him. Jeez, we let him and Jennings go? Wow. Start Baker and Let Randle get some minutes.
Another crazy season!!! Yeesh!
I agree. Displaying spite towards a player does not improve a team's image for other players in the league whom they may want to sign or trade for, regardless of how badly the player himself may have behaved. If Rose really wants to go to another team this season, the Knicks should take the high road and release him while he can still do it.
