Melo is a man without a clue! The team is already moving on from him and he has no idea what is going on. Melo they're working on the Triangle in preparation for next year! The kids on the team are the focus now. No one is thinking about you and what you need. It's time to waive your NTC and move on!!!

Interesting theory. Do you think Phil is going full Rambis on Melo like he did Afflalo? Does Rambis/Jeff move Melo to sixth man because it is better for his career? It would balance the line up but he isn't the one to go at this point.

I completely agree with him- its so boring at this point- what other team in the nba has so many beat writers going on about the system they run?

Also, like we just mentioned earlier, how can it be about the kids when you are playing Sasha? Why are you playing O'Quinn when you could be playing Plumlee and Willy more minutes? Let O'quinn keep his numbers locked in for the season so that he still has value. If they want to keep Holiday they should play him less too but that train has probably left the station. I do not think he would be a good pick up for a rebuilding team anyway.

If it is about the youths then it is time to play N'dour, Baker, and Plumlee.

Agreed. It's amazing to see the pretzel twists of logic people have to make to act like Phil is doing a good job.

17 games left in the season? Time to run a workshop on the triangle that probably should've happened in September.

This is all a psychological game being played against players like Rose and Melo. They are selfish individuals who think the earth revolves around them. We are moving on from them, get a clue. Melo and Rose are not part of the future. We gave it one last shot to win with them through the first 55 games this year. Melo wanted Rose so we got Rose. Melo wanted Noah so we signed Noah. They did not deliver nor did Melo. As Mike D'Antoni once said playing Melo's style of basketball is akin to drive cross country in a wagon.

In all my life, i've never seen a more fake player than Melo. Trying to play the victim when he is precisely the problem. His lack of effort on defense is absolutely. Why they couldn't spend last night's postgame show showing this in freeze-frames to the audience is puzzling. He just doesn't try on defense at all. His effort defensively is one of the worst i've ever seen and what is frustrating is he is capable of being a good defender.

We're tanking- these games are just being used as a triangle training camp, because we have no reason to win at this point. unless you want us to focus on winning?

What a jerk Carmelo is. The triangle offense isn't supposed to limit his shot attempts. It's supposed to promote ball movement and finding the best open shots. The triangle offense also isn't supposed to take away a players will to compete, hustle, box out, defend, and get back in transition. Someone please share that memo with Melo.

Melo sulks and complains if he's asked to play any system unless he can just jack up shots whenever he wants
