The Media has nothing to do with Fans wanting to read bout KP ....
KP 2nd season performance of not showing he could help a team WIN throughout 82 games has many fans interested in any type of discussion dealing with KP in the offseason.
Fans are looking for optimistic discussions on KP .. Fans are looking for offseason work-out discussion on KP improvement for next season .. plus fans would like to know KP reason for missing the final meeting.

A 2nd year player acting like this is unheard of, we should get this malcontent out the door while his value is high and in a good draft. This is a perimeter oriented league that favors b=the ball dominant. By default Porzingis will not be a top tier player
Guards dominate now but those things always change. It will be a big man game again at some point.
The Knicks are years away from competing it doesnt make sense to risk losing him for nothing. We need to hit reset. Get as many picks as we can and pray. With a slary cap you basically have no chance of competitive balance. We just have to luck into a perimeter oriented player.

You continue to overreact. KP isn't leaving, trust me. The way some of you operate, trading for picks is pointless if you want to keep trading the players you draft because they disagree with management.
yes lets boo the new franchise player still in his rookie contract so he can opt out come RFA time

Melo said he just wants to win, phil suggested he needs to play somewhere else if he wants to win
KP and his brother said the same thing and blows off a exit meeting, so did phil say if KP wants to win, he should play somewhere else, and you wonder why phil received a dozen call from GM's around the league, after that stupid press conference.

That isn't really accurate. Phil said the Knicks probably won't compete for a title next year, and with Melo's window closing, he should go try to compete for a title right away. He never said anything about "winning." In fact, he said they hope to make the playoffs next year. KP is 21 years old, he has a lot more time to compete for a title than Melo. Everyone understood what he was explaining.
Also, where did you read he received a dozen calls about KP?
And I don't understand what this has to do with booing KP

A quotoe from the press conference
"I just said that you haven't won here. You don't want to end up your career not winning," Jackson said. "This is not something that you want to have labeled on your career. You want to get to that territory where you have a chance to win. That's -- we talked around that. But he likes it here. He expressed that."
IDK if it was a dozen, but he definitely got calls about his availability after a reporter ask phil if anyone on the team is untouchable, and any trade his possible if it makes us better.
