Or he can just train with whoever KP trained with, as long as it isn't anyone associated with the knick training staff, because they are famous for having their 2nd yr players comeback looking like trash. Thats why they always get traded. Even Kp was on the verge until phil got fired
Willy was with the Gasol brothers in Spain. I hope they were schooling him and not just enabling him.
I am disappointed with what Willy is showing right now. However, I am not ready to give up on the kid. He has shown enough last year that you can chalk this up as 2nd year blues. We need to give him more than just 1 week of playing regularly.
Right now Willy is playing like someone who is just happy to be there. Whatever trade value for a rookie first team player, Willy had, is being flushed with his marshmallow like game, right now.
I thought he was pissed. Got over that real fast. Friends or not, I doubt KP makes a stink about moving Willy, if his game stays about the same. He wants to win first.
