Avery Bradley, Tobias, Marjanovic and a first rounder for Blake is the rumored proposed deal.
Pistons are in the same boat as the Knicks. They could just piss the season away, trade their vets for picks and cap space or try to get Blake Griffin to play with Andre Drummond and push for the playoffs

That is a great trade for the Clips. MY guess is they move Jordan next.

Clippers are injury riddled. They were losing because of that not cuz Blake sucks. Good try though. Gallinari and Beverley played 11 games. Milos 22 games. They are 25-24... they would be better if they were healthy. Anyway whatever

True, but I didn't say Blake sucked. Just that Blake alone won't carry the Pistons to ECF. That's even if can make it through the rest of the season. Plus, the have no more assets to plug in holes. I've always pulled for Reggie Bullock, but man...he's their starting small forward.

I think the big takeaway here is the Pistons landed a star, which is tough to do in Detroit. SVG got the players who could combined for a package to get Blake, who is a big name player that can help them attract more fans and give them a shot at the playoffs. He did his job and owners must be very happy.
Pistons won't win jack this spring. Fun trade for us to dissect but it will have very little long term impact on the Pistons. Sure they got better. How much better? I'd rather stay the course with the Knicks and suck it up for one or two more seasons. If you can trade off guys like lee or KOQ for younger assets, let er rip....

Reggie Bullock, ish Smith and Johnson are their 1,2,3 next to Drummond and Blake... I'm sure they are trying to improve that with another deal. They have Drummond in his prime. They are going for it.
