I don't get what the Kings are doing
They trade Temple (who can play SF, a position they are desperately short on), for Ben McLemore (another SG who wanted out a couple of seasons ago, when they already are overoaded at that spot with Bogdanovic and Buddy Hield) and Davis (another C)
They are already overloaded at front court (WCS, Bagely, Labissiere, Giles, Davis, Zach, Koufos)- why pay him double the annual salary of what the Sixers offered him? What does he offer that Skal Labissiere doesn't? Also, why poach Yogi from the Mavs? the already have Fox at PG and a good young backup in Frank Mason- again why replace your young players with FA signings who aren't particularly an upgrade?
Surely they must have a trade lined up?
Also Vlade needs to be careful here- Bjelica and Yogi Ferrel both had agreed contracts with other teams, then Vlade went in and offered them bigger deals. That really breaks the nba convention among GMs

The Kings are a mess. I think they are just throwing a bunch of stuff at the wall and hoping it sticks. Both of these deals say they were desperate to spend some money.
Jack responding to Drozen getting traded.
We've added Knox, Mitch, Trier and Vonleh this offseason. That's a nice haul of youth with upside. I'm happy with what we've done.
Plus Hezonja too. That's a very solid offseason.
Greg Monroe settles for a 2.2 million deal. Tells you all you need to know about the reason Enes opted in.
Can’t believe it- zhaire smith has broken his foot, what is it with the sixers and their rookies?!

they should have kept bridges
Bucks @ Knicks on Christmas Day. If we can beat Bucks without KP on one of the biggest national TV game days of the season...we will have arrived.
Cant knock Lebron's business savvy. Definitely going to make way more money in LA. Which begs the question...why did he shy away from LA or NYC years ago after Cleveland's first championship.
The Knicks youngsters are not the only ones bulking up...

Wow lots of NBA fans hating the fact that Knicks are playing on Christmas Day. I guess they are right? Maybe we could have a rule that no lottery teams from the current draft will play on Christmas Day? That would eliminate Lebron.
Some fans saying that if we keep giving Lakers and Knicks Christmas Day games all the time, how would the other fan bases grow? Valid point, but then again, what will they grow to?

I guess we know when dinner is scheduled.
another one...
Knicks playing on Christmas? They really want us to spend a lil time with our family this year! Thats dope 🙏🏽
Ok we are playing on mlk day? Thought I heard somewhere we were off that day
Cleveland Cavaliers left off of NBA national TV schedule for opening week, Christmas and MLK Jr. Day
Ouch

Sucks...I was high on him. Sounded like he wasn't ready offensively, but he's a tenacious defender and not selfish, and I think he was going to get playing time because of it.
Also a high flyer...do we know how he got hurt?
Thought the Nets were going to keep him...anyone know what happened?

Not sure, but he didn't play much for the Nets. I heard rumblings that his conditioning sucked and he needed to get back in game shape after the nets trade.
