desperate times call for desperate measures... I would rather burn a pick on getting someone with a clue hired that let another guy comparable to Steve Mills decide who should be on the team. What this year was gonna be was obvious to me immediately after all the signings. Took a lot of abuse for saying that in the offseason. I think there is a lot of value in cleaning house if someone who understands how this is done is in charge. bang... this is it 100%. I dont see how people who have followed this team can ignore this. Those picks came from the KP trade. Its like we got spare change in the pocket and are just dying to spend it. The team stinks. There is no desperation. This is not getting fixed next year. We need alot. No picks!

This vicious cycle has got to stop... trade willy for trash, trade kp for trash, trade melo for trash, waive Kanter, waive what ever vet you traded for so they can go to a contender, or let them finish the season and lose them for nothing (rose, DeAndre Jordan).

Imagine...just imagine...it's 2009 and we have Steph Curry on our radar and we have extra 1st round picks in our back pocket over the next couple of years. Suppose Minnesota was willing to drop from 6 to 8 in exchange for acquiring an extra 1st round pick (even if its in a future draft)? Instead we end up with Jordan Hill. People seem to only look at these picks in terms of drafting players. They're also trade assets.
