Knicks · Because we love to hate KP (page 5)

I’m excited about Obi you can tell he’s coming along little by little ... where I see him is a small ball 5 . I’d like to see randle and obi on the floor together.

But going back to KP man the guy is the ultimate trader easy to hate on. I’ll hate him less if we end up with a top 10 pick from Dallas would be super ironic if it got us the 4th and I’ll love KP if we end up with the 1st pick

We need a SF in the worst way. Not that we should overly bias a draft for that but who is top SF?

Kuminga is easily the best. Followed by Zaire Williams, Corey Kispert, and Wagner in that order.

CADE. He can play PG and still guard the SF position. Then you draft a SG and start that dude with RJ

I prefer keeping RJ at SF so we can have a good shooter at SG, fortunately this draft seems to have some good SGs

Exactly! I know we are in the RJ-for-SG project, but really, get him a soft shooting SG that can also move the ball and develop Quick into the same at PG and watch him dominate even more.

RJ at the 2 makes the team physically imposing. RJ at the 3 we start to guve up size. A true 6'8 SF that can defend and shoot is ideal. Basically Mikal Bridges or Jerami Grant. Two players that we could of had

Call me crazy, but with his outside stroke could OBI with an improved handle be a SF candidate down the road? Perhaps his lateral slog on defense cannot be over come?

You crazy

fishmike @ 2/5/2021 12:19 PM
currently we would have 6/10 which gives us an over 50% chance at a top 4 pick

Then imagine we get the #11 pick from Dallas in the 2023 Draft. Woohoo!!!

A good flop is one that a player gets away with.

I think you guys wish he was still here, and if wanted to comeback you would welcome him with open arms

We need him to be bad because we have the Dallas pick this year, it’s not because we want him back

Nope. I don't want him back. I care that he does bad so we can get a lotto pick this year and on 2023.

well of course we want the dallas to lose, but the venom is more towards KP.

There are no threads that say "since we love to Hate THJ, and he was getting killed when he was a Knick, but no one cares about him because they really didn't want him here anyway

This is the 1st time I have seen KP play since we traded him. The thing that instantly jumps out to me is how slow he is. He looks like he is running underwater. His whole thing used to be how quick and agile he was even at his extreme height. Those injuries really slowed him down.

Yeah he also might just be really out of shape. KD in his current state moves his feet much better than that. Or maybe he just isn't trying?

I can honestly say I've never thought about KP the way I might think about a girl...not that there's anything wrong with that.

Thats kind of a telling feature.
Its what an insecure man does. Is it not better to deal with the reality be the best you can be and then when teh next opportunity for love comes around your able to seize it and enjoy it? IN your world your happiness is determined by the misery of the other. Is it not best for both to find a better place?

If knicks are successful it don’t matter what Dallas/KP does.
