Yep....I think Noel and Mitch are cornerstone centers in Thibs defensive system. And what better player to learn from in Noel. He's also reducing Mitch money offer....knowing his position is highly replaceable...we should have the advantage on contract renewal.

Maybe it's just recent play and forgetting what Mitch has brought to the table but it sure feels like Noel is a better team defender than Mitch.

I think Noel is a much better defender. The value in Mitch is more on the offensive end between the two. He just brings another layer to the offense as he's a more dangerous lob threat and more physically imposing. But i don't think he would impact the game the way Noel is right now.
I think we’re about to see how valuable Noel is to our team.
I’m also thinking any struggles in his absence will be driving up the price to keep him.
Also... we should pay it.

I thinking locking up Robinson and Noel for 4-5 years makes complete sense. I think there is enough money for both.
