Shouldn’t Derrick Rose be on that list?

No.
Because I don't believe any of us Knicks fans want to see Derrick Rose as our starting PG next year because imo he's no longer starting quality and is much better while being utilized as a veteran leader of a sparkplug off the bench.
(PS: I wish I knew how to edit the poll in order to include D-Rose and Graham, but unfortunately I don't know how).

I like him too but at 26 years old and only 6'1 with atrocious Defense?
I'd much rather have a 23 year old Lonzo Ball who's 6'6 with very good on ball defense from a PG.
Lonzo Ball imo is not only a better 3PT shooter than Graham but he's also got better passing ability and much better court vision (and super exciting when on the fast break).

Height is meaningless. If you go back to the NBA combine and check his actual wingspan, he is has a 6’8 wingspan. You don’t defend the ball with your physical head, you use your wingspan.
Second, his defense is misstated. There is nothing wrong with his defense, there have been flaws in the Charlotte defense. His isolated defense rating is like a 96.7. That is among the best in the league.
He is an advanced stat god that is drastically overlooked

Dollar for dollar I think he will be the best FA acquisition of any team (even better than Cam Payne. He is buried in Charlotte and will be good for us.

I alternate posts between Ball and Graham, though. Would be just as happy with Ball, though I wonder if he has the foot speed to stay in front of faster guards.
So I voted Lonzo. But mainly because that is the player I want the Knicks to sign long term. Not nec. the player I want on the Knicks for the 2021-22 season. If we are just loading up for one shot at the title then I want Chris Paul.
Off topic but I wish this site allowed us to have our own avatars in order to show our personalities because I really want me a Patrick Ewing avatar on here ;-(

A Patrick Ewing avatar on a Knicks fan site...that personality you're hiding from us is a real wild card.

I'll second that. This is the signing that needs to get done.

Hey man I'm born in 1985 and at 4-5 years old I had Patrick Ewing's poster hanging on my wall up until my High school days. #33 will always be a part of my childhood and even if R.J. Barrett leads us to 10 Championships etc Pat will always be #1 to me and I'll never forgive John Starks 1/18 game 7 for robbing Ewing and NYC of a ring (Starks is still my 2nd favorite).

Yes. But not as a STARTER?

Have mentioned Graham on many FA threads. Kid is a solid all-around player.
Also, think we should make an offer for Dunn. Miami has a lot of contracts to consider and maybe they sleep on Dunn.
CP3 will stay with Phoenix. He is a great player and although tough to see the Knicks spend that much on an aging star, I would not mind seeing him in orange and blue. Do not think Lowry is worth multiple years. Think only people that like Lonzo are the ones that have not seen him play for an extended period of time. Sexton is yesterday's story. Especially since they passed on Suggs and picked Mobley. If they trade Sexton, who will score for them?

Please stop. This gets shot down every 5 years or so by management. Be happy you have smilies.

Graham. A very smart and effective option that diversifies our offense with his elite PnR skills while expanding our bigs' contributions. Lonzo is not a half-court player while Sexton would cost too much. Rest of those guys are either pipe dreams, too old or both.
CP3. Eff his defense. We have some yoots to develop for the future; spend all of the cap space and get Kahwi as well. Melo joins the banana boat East.

A.) I don't think he's staying in Phoenix because his GM mentioned bringing him back only if he doesn't opt out (said nothing about matching an offer and CP3 is definitely going to opt out in order to test FA).
B.) I've watched Lonzo Ball since dating back to his UCLA days where he dropped over 270 assists during his Freshman season and have watched a lot of Lonzo Ball games over the previous two years because I always order NBA league pass every year and love to watch Zion Williamson (on nights the Knicks don't play) and Lonzo Ball is just so much for for me as a basketball fan. His Court Vision is A+, his passing ability is sick, he can drain the 3PT shot and he's A+ exciting when on the fast break. Also one of the best PGs at all 3 of Rebounding, Stealing and blocking shots.
Even in 2019 without Zion Williamson for much of the season this kid averaged 7 assists and 6 rebounds per game and shot .378% from 3 and if became a Knicks PG he'd ignite MSG because he'll be surrounded by multiple ballers in Immanuel Quickley, R.J. Barrett, Julius Randle and Mitchell Robinson (+ our Rookie shooters).
And if you think Mitchell Robinson is exciting now? Just watch how exciting he'd become under Lonzo Ball @ PG especially once on a fast break.
And imo Lonzo Ball is the perfect pass first PG who could unlock🔓 Obi Toppin's offensive excitement.
Imo the only fans who wouldn't want Lonzo Ball are the one's who really haven't watched him all that often...

I'd love Kawhi Leonard and even after recovering from an ACL I'd still gamble on him.
My roster would be a little different though.
C: Mitchell Robinson.
PF: Julius Randle.
SF: Kawhi Leonard.
SG: R.J. Barrett.
PG: Lonzo Ball.
C: Jericho Sims.
PF: Obi Toppin.
SF: Quentin Grimes (6'5).
SG: Immanuel Quickley (6th man).
PG: Miles McBride.
I'd love that roster because our starting 5 has two veterans in Kawhi Leonard and Julius Randle with 3 players under 23 in Lonzo Ball, R.J. Barrett and Mitchell Robinson.
And our bench would become fill of nothing but 5 younger DOGS ready to become a team alongside one another.
I personally believe KAWHI Leonard is a pipe dream and therefore my favorite SF target is Duncan Robinson (fastest player ever to 500 3"s made and top 15 All-Time in 3PT%.
C: Mitchell Robinson.
PF: Julius Randle.
SF: Duncan Robinson.
SG: R.J. Barrett.
PG: Chris CP3 Paul.
I'd also love that starting 5 too.
I have a feeling the knicks will go after a veteran PG, CP3 if he is available or Lowrey or Conley. I have a hunch Deuce is the long term answer at the starting point guard spot. He just needs 2-3 years to learn under a veteran point before taking over the starting pg spot. I like Deuces football background, he is a tough player with a mean streak with a big chip on his shoulders.
Getting a very good veteran PG will keep the knicks competitive and will give Duece a reliable mentor. I think a great fit will be signing Lowrey, i see huge similarities in the games of Lowrey and Deuce.
