I don’t have anything nice to say. So I’ll just keep quiet.

C'mon. He looked good on that floor! That is saying something nice.

And I thought they should have called a flagrant on that and the 3pter that got taken off. Cleveland hit some bad luck tonight.

I don’t think there’s any malice there, but that was 100% a flagrant foul. Just shitty/careless defense that could have resulted in BOTH players getting hurt. Instead, as many have pointed out, instant karma.

It was, and the Blazers lose the 11 pick that they would have got from the Pels- not sure if that's a good or a bad thing for those who saw the Blazers as one of the few possible randle landing spots.

Must say though, don't know how the nba has made the last minute of a close game so tedious to watch. From the moment the ref called the pushing foul on Batum it was an exercise in patience to watch, which is crazy.

Pels won! I went to bed thinking that’s that. You just never know in the NBA.

Oh yea we are really interested in Brunson.

Uptown @ 4/16/2022 1:18 PM
World Wide Wes front and center at the Mavs/Jazz game. Scouting Brunson? Mitchell?
Clean @ 4/16/2022 1:36 PM
Brunson has real looked good. His missed shots also looked good. The misses were open shots since he shook his defender. They just rimmed out.
Clean @ 4/16/2022 2:01 PM
Brunson is missing a lot now.

Ehhh...Brunson is a good player. He's smart and fundamentally sound. It's one game or rather one half. Let's see how the series unfolds. Regardless, there is seasons worth of game footage to use.

ToddTT @ 4/16/2022 2:44 PM
Jeff Van Gundy just said that if you bank a three-pointer you should only get two points.

Sign me up.

I’d even be okay with it if you only got one point!

BTW, Randle is sitting next to World Wide Wes at the game....not sure what to make of that.

Jazz beat Mavs -- lots of basketball to play but wondering how a first round exit would affect Dallas and personnel decisions. Since Luka would likely be out or playing hurt, maybe not much. And of course a first round exit for the Jazz might start the dominoes too. All a Knicks fan can think about these days....

I'm getting RJ flashbacks

That’s my guess. Brunson is the number one option right now on a playoff team so it will be interesting how this plays out.

Today I am a Heat fan.

I get Isiah Thomas vibes from Wes in terms of an exec that still wants to be one of the boys or rub-elbows with the players (their employees). That can be a good or a bad thing.

For the first time ever, I am actually rooting for the Celtics #****thenyets

You're not alone.

Watching these playoff and when you see the star talent hitting big shot after big shot in the clutch and then you look at our "star" being Randle we just can't compete with this.
ToddTT @ 4/17/2022 6:09 PM
Wow. Tatum.

I'll put it one further... RJ missing layup after layup on drives won't cut it either
