Some teams get lucky and then there is the cursed Knicks.

He had an awesome stretch in the 4th Q of game 1, and then he had another awesome stretch in the 4th Q game 2, sucks we were suited by the bball draft gods once again in that draft!

Marbury calling out Stephan A in the media today labeling him an “Uncle Tom”.
Does Starbury have a valid point here?

no. irving and simmons has or will make it rough on the union for the next cba. irving made choices that hurt his team. he has made past choices that hurt his other teams. my take is there is no good defense of that. marbles seems bitter. marbles made no point or he cant see how irvings behavior/choices not only hurt his team, it most likely will damage the union in the next cba.

The ref’s in that stretch in the 2nd Q of the Suns/Mavs game, where the just whistled every play- ridiculous

Yea, I was watching every game of the playoffs in the 1st round but have fallen off hard since then. If the Knicks are not playing my interest nosedives. I don't like how soft the league has gotten. Players are strong and flex for And1's on offense but on defense they are flopping and falling like bowling pins at the slightest touch.

I am sorry but watching players constantly flopping like this does not excite me. it is to the point where if you don't flop to "sell a foul" you are hurting your team because the refs won't call it. The Sixers are the worst of the worst. I can't watch more then 5 minutes of their games. It's constant freethrows or them flopping every time they have the ball then they look up at the refs asking how did you not call the foul.

I feel pretty much the same, though I’d add, the way the refs completely alter how they’re calling the game, both between games and during the game also agrovates me. We’re calling everything!… now we’re calling nothing…. Now one team is allowed to do what they like and the other team isn’t. This team is allowed to play physical defense, but their opponent isn’t… and now we’ve decided both are… and now both aren’t!

still last nights 4th Q beat down by CP3 vs the Mavs is worth watching, after the ref’s tried to make the game unwatchable to start with- oof! Such a whooping

I love small things like this. They gave a cookie cutter answer but you got the real answer is the glance and throat clear. Good on the reporter for noticing what they are doing and asking a great question.

Absurd. I could see Chris Redd doing this in a Saturday Night Live parody. This should get its own foul for bad acting.

Whistle blew before he flopped. Watch it again. Offensive player put his elbow up and out. He did not have to sell it. Almost looked like he was protecting a bad ankle. Almost.
jrodmc @ 5/6/2022 10:44 AM
That's it! It's not flopping, it's "protecting"!
ToddTT @ 5/6/2022 9:41 PM
Respect to Embiid.

Would not mind seeing him get a ring. But Harden… no.

I’m rooting for Giannis to repeat.

I can’t remember- why did Mike Brwon get fired from the Lakers only 5 games into the season (1-4 record)- Seems weird to just get 5 games after a good enough first season record, but have no memory of what the story was
Clean @ 5/9/2022 5:53 PM

So CP3 did all this for an unwanted hug? He was acting like someone slapped his mother or something. It was probably a Condescending hug that was blown out of proportion. Obviously you don't touch strangers but if this is true they made a mountain out of a molehill.

Clean @ 5/9/2022 9:03 PM

I am not sure how much I like this new NBA. It is way too soft. I guess that is why I stopped watching the playoffs.

Even if we win a championship one day, I’m positive I’ve already seen the best Knicks basketball I’ll ever see in my life.

It’s just not as much fun watching teams hoist up threes, and try to play defense without touching anybody, or hurting anybody’s feelings.

Al Horford and Taj must be drinking the same water or something.

I wonder how many turtles this guy runs over in his Kia.
