Another great game to watch- thought the Bucks hand blown it for sure at the start of the 4th

What happened to Danny Green sucks. It is why I hate players who flop around every shot. Every uncontrolled fall is a chance to fall into someone's knee. I still remember that happening to Channing Frye.

"According to multiple sources, Reddish has been at the Knicks’ training center over the last week and has started basketball activities, including light shooting.

Other young players — including Quentin Grimes, Miles McBride, Obi Toppin, Immanuel Quickley and Jericho Sims — joined the workouts on Monday. RJ Barrett suffered a season-ending knee sprain on April 8 and his status is unclear."

I wonder if Philly and the Nets were offered an undo, if they would both undo it.

Eff Philly!

Someone showed me this play vs the Hawks where a Joel flop almost took out JC's knee. Was it a foul? Yes. However, in his want to sell the foul he dives shoulder first directly into someone's knee.

Love a Sixers loss. Need Bucks lowkey to win out again but these finals are looking up in the air.

Love a Mavs win. What a fun team and a great series to watch now that the A$zhole is out of the picture.

Oh dear...

If Harden doesn't return to Sixers, where does he go? Who wants to max him out now that Playoff Harden and the Harden who dogs it to get traded now play at exactly the same level?

Didn't see the game but was Harden this disengaged or was Miami D that good?

Love this. I think the Knicks have targeted certain types of players and it's working for them and the players.

The Knicks have a long way to go but I think they are doing it the right way.

And our buddy Frank is getting playoff minutes!

Confirms eye test but Bullock is much more of an impact player than frank because of his shooting. Maybe Grimes becomes that guy, but I'd really like another 6-6/6-8 guy who can defend like bullock and hit shots.

I think he does, with the ability to dribble and drive to basket.

Chandler @ 5/13/2022 12:23 PM
^^ Bullock is not impact. He missed a lot of open looks. He's good from the corner, but not everywhere

still a big mystery what Frank was so in Thibs' doghouse. Guy plays D and seems to be a good teammate. Would have thought that counted for something

still a big liability on offense. When he has the ball he's looking to dump it off, and when he doesn't have it he doesn't want it -- and the opponent knows that too

KnickDanger @ 5/13/2022 12:37 PM
I'm pulling for Frank no question. He was a huge disappointment for us at the 8th pick but unlike say Knox or the guy so many wanted in Dennis Smith jr,. Frankie N is a professional basketball player. Not an all star, not even a starter, but a contributer on an elite team. Those who label him as "trash" and such are still working out their "Phil Triangle Pick" hate.

Frank threads never die!

I read obi an IQ do hot yoga together!

Lets be real, other teams have players practicing also? I suppose. Player might be doing it at different locations. countries even. Many have not been home in a long time!

Harden tried excusing his no show by claiming he passed the ball but it never came back to him (pathetic), so I presume that's been the source of the beef between him and Maxey. Embiid seems like he never wanted Harden in the first place (he wanted Beal)- but be furious at him after that playoff series. Interesting to see what happens this offseason.

"The New York Knicks held a minicamp for free agents in preparation for the NBA Summer League in Las Vegas in July.

Former Brooklyn Nets’ big men Alize Johnson and Reggie Perry led the 12-man field that also included returning Westchester Knicks gunner Louis King, per Forbes Sports’ Adam Zagoria.

Free-agent players who also attended the minicamp are Devon Dotson, John Petty, Craig Randall, George King, Chris Clemons, Carlik Jones, Aaron Henry, AJ Lawson and Daquan Jeffries.

Perhaps the best players from this minicamp will reinforce the Knicks’ NBA Summer League team featuring their young core."

I loved Frank for his defense, and it is no surprise that he is hugely valuable to a contending team as a defensive stopper you put on your opponent's top attacker when deep in the playoffs. Essentially, a valuable role-player for a contending team. The Knicks needed him to do much more, while they could aspire to much less as a team. So, the Mavs are a better fit for him, and I am glad that he is finding playoff success there.
