It's the defensive end of the floor where Evan Fournier is drop dead dreadful. He's absolutely useless on Defense and is a liability/weak like every single Defensive possession.
He should be coming off the bench and shouldn't sniff playing time with our starters.
Taking it down a notch from single-handedly ruining and destroying I see.
We were the #1 D last year.
He's completely ruined and destroyed our Defensive identity.

Got it. So Fournier's the reason Randle's bumbling around like a waste product on D this season? To the tune of being worse defensively this year than a 68 year old Melo?

We knew that when we signed him. EF was brought here for his offense. As long as he hits his shots it’s a successful move

“Identity?” Defensively we played well during a shortened regular season playing teams still recovering from the bubble and then got carved up by Trae Young in 5 playoff games. It’s not like we were the early 90’s Pat Riley Knicks

I definitely feel like the FANS have made a difference. I know since the FANS came back to MSG, the knicks have been brutal at home going back to the end of last season
What about FANS in other cities?
I'll admit I jumped the gun on this thread and took out my frustrations on Evan Fournier.
Yes. I despise his Defensive abilities/liabilities but since I created this thread he's since had games of 23 points, 32 points and 22 points (30/60 from the field). And I hope he continues to prove me wrong.
But I can't lie. After his 6 points vs. Milwaukee and only 2 points vs. Golden State? I was livid and felt like he was absolutely useless (on both ends of the floor).
But these last 3 games? A+.
Fournier has sucked for large chunks of the season so far. His first season as a Knick reminds me a little of Allan Houston’s

No way man. I remember H20 always played with awesome on ball Defense.
These are the types of games where I wish Evan Fournier was never a Knick.
38 minutes of atrocious defense.
And only shoots a pathetic 2/13 (with only 1 assist).
Evan Fournier single handedly destroyed us vs. Washington tonight.
Once R.J. Barrett returns I hope coach Thibs completely removes Evan Fournier from the rotation.

Huh? Houston never played defense. He was a great perimeter shooter and turnstile defender he would have fit in perfectly in todays nba

Call OKC see if they will take on his contract

I'd rather call the French team and send his worthless ass back to France.
Not even Orlando would accept him back.
I've always loved coach Thibs but the more he plays Evan Fournier the more I begin to lose my love for him.
Kemba doesn't deserve the Kemba treatment; Evan Fournier does.
The only change we needed in the off-season was the rule change.
Last year's team was great. This year’s team is unwatchable.
I’d be fine sitting EF for the next 3 years. Addition by subtraction.
