He's putting up really good numbers and he makes everyone around him better.

Randle is good - this version of Randle was not there last year. Why? Because he's not as good as Brunson.

Look - it's through 4 games against teams we should beat, and should have beaten last year - but often didn't.

We're winning games because of Brunson, not Randle, not RJ with his .002% from 3pt line.

If Randle went down today for the remainder of the season, I have confidence that Obi/Cam could step in and carry the load. It would be a downgrade.

If Brunson went down, sorry, the season would effectively be over.

Reality is what it will be. 5 of next 7 on the road vs playoff teams from last year.
I’d think we go 3-4 would be a resounding success and put us at 6-5 which is not awful.
Its a test but also a process. Each of those teams have things they too are working thru.
Talent alone its easy to think Nets and Philly can start to have good games.

Knick are deep and well coached. How Brunson deals with his forwards inconsistency? Randle is pretty spot on thus far for the year and RJ is defending the opponents best players and his coach likes him to go to the rim. That contributes to his shots blocked. With elite offensive board getters randle and RJ its not a terrible thing.

Think what we have seen should be something all of us are happy with. Which is a much better team than last year. A true PG in Brunson. Great chemistry in our Second unit. Much higher efficiency from one of our top players in Randle. A good surprises in Cam. And looking forward to one of our biggest prospects getting back on the floor.
But some guys can find any shit to rain on our parade.
