I read your posts - every single one negative, complaining whining. Knicks pull out a tough one on the road in OT and then you have nothing to say. Amazing.
Is it negative if it is the truth? Until I stopped watching every single play was ISO Randle. I guess you can't really call it one on one when we all know the double is coming once his back is turned.
Yes, if every post is a complaint but no mention of what went well - like winning - then it’s negative. Leaving out the whole story, in fact most of the story, is not “the truth.”But I see some here seem to only get off on the negative. I find that weird.
KD is right. You only post negative, you are the NY Post.
I only post negative? or BigRedDog? I been pretty positive since they went with the young guards.

Randle 31/13/7
JB 30/7
RJ 22 and 57% from 3pt
I don’t know if Thibs said “Randle do iso 10 times in a row including a 24 second violation to end the regulation” or Randle just chose to do it but I’m still fire Thibs and trade Randle.
It was a good win but it doesn’t change how I feel about those two. We’ve seen this before and we’ve seen the wheels fall off of this before too.
Would you say that you have seen it since 1980's?
It's called the NBA. I do hate the iso play but that is what this league is. Maybe do what I do which is watch college basketball for enjoyment and Knicks to break TVs.
That’s lazy. We demand more. Ball movement. Motion. Iso died with Kobe.

This is the kind of stuff that will kill a playoff run. And Randle does it way too much.
You must not have watched the game. Williams was the only one on him for last shot. I do agree that there should have been much less Iso. But you are assuming it did not come from the coach. That has been a common fan complaint at the end of games for the last 30 years. So not sure why you are blaming Randle specifically. Imo, JB needs to be the one creating at end of games.
Randle did have the two pass outs that led to Grimes big threes in im overtime. He also broke up the out of bounds pass to Williams in final play. So there is that.
He had triple coverage before getting the ball out to Grimes how got the lucky bounce. Things rolling in the Knicks favor, but Randle was definitely holding the ball in triple coverage with a minute on the clock.
Talking bout the last play of the 4th. After timeout.
Play you are talking about was earlier. And I agree, he held the ball too long. Almost like he had something to prove against Caruso. (Glue guy I wanted)

No, I was talking OT. I’m talking about a different play. Apologies. Still dribbled himself into triple coverage with the game in play.

He did say the waterboy would draw up better plays than Thibs. Now that is positive. For the waterboy.

Randle had three defenders nearby, when he took the shot. One in front of him, and two closing in. Still couldnt find an open man.
And spare me the "common fan" horseshit.
If Grimes is out of his slump we are in for a treat.

Not true. Watch a lot of basketball. Watch any NBA game that is tied in last three minutes and teams typically go to iso with their best player. Bulls did that as well with DeRozan.

Bro too soon.
I’m an asshole cause I hesitated but posted it anyway. Apologies anyone offended. But Im not wrong. ISO is not a functional offense.

Can’t put Bulls forward as a model of success. Barrett’s emergence is literally tied to his defense on Derozan in iso ball. The initiation of offense in one one one play resulting in contested mid ranged shots is now just bad math.

Yes since that Dallas game he has.

I’m sorry apparently we watch different NBA because it’s not normal to see a PF iso the ball around 10 plays in 4th to the outcome of multiple turn overs leading to a shot clock violation before overtime. If he was killing them fine, but he wasn’t, and it was bad basketball. Especially when as we saw in OT Brunson is the PG and he should have been more involved.
Randle is still a nutcase or Thibs is bereft of offense ideas.

You are missing my point. Not arguing it is what we or any team should do. Not that it is what I want to watch. Just that it is quite common in the NBA.

Reason why we are able to crowd the 3pt stripe on defense.
I think Grimes will be an all star in a few years
