He will be another player the Knicks had and lost, because of stupidity. Kemba, Rose, Fournier, Noel signings. Amazing 49MM of dead salary.

Front office is getting a lot of credit for a 500 team right now.

I overlooked Duren. You are right.

And this seems to be the problem with Cam Reddish. It's political. The system isn't right. I'm owed something because I dominated highschool. He's barely owning the role he was given on the team, but expects to be given more responsibility. The kid has underachieved for 3 teams in row and still won't accept what the real issue is.

I would go nuts if he was on my team, let alone if I was a coach. I can overlook the inconsistent 3point shooting and the turnovers. But he was supposed to play d, he had that reputation. Yet his d was not as advertised. The biggest thing with him tho, something that was in his complete control and yet he choose to make a fool of himself and everyone else involved with the team were the 5000% degree of difficulty layups that he always tried and almost always missed. He was showboating and blew layups on a constant basis. He is a damn fool. And he has the nerve to say that it had nothing to do with him? Good riddance, what a fking baby. Let him annoy another team, another coach and another fanbase...

Just cause you don’t want to hear it doesn’t make him wrong. Seemed like there was more to it.

The change was good for him.

10 games is a small sample set, but he’s averaging 30mins a game. 14 points. 1.4 steals. 38% from 3. .568 eFG.

Hart may have been the better fit for this team, but there’s a real chance Portland ends up with the best overall player and the draft pick.

I’m happy for Cam and what he is doing in Portland. He needed someone to help him out, like Lillard.

I'm sure there is some truth to what Cam is saying, especially when he said, "I'm not the only person that felt like that." Clearly, there have been some conversation amongst some of the players in the lockeroom or out of it. Conversations that Cam was a psrt of. It's was pretty obvious that Thibs wasn't a fan of Cam the moment he arrived in NY. Remember, Cam was on the trade block a couple of weeks after we traded for him and barely got much of a look last year until we saw some injuries. Either way, Hart seems to be a better fit for this coach.

We'll never know for sure, but I think there was plenty of evidence to show it was mostly about basketball. His defense and offense were erractic and the team played better with Grimes. I won't deny Cam's talent, but his game isn't conducive to winning basketball. This isn't high school anymore. He's with grown men with families. They don't have the time to wait for Cam to figure it out

Reddish reminds me of Anthony Randolph. Talented player, bad attitude.

I agree it was mostly about Cam's inconsistent play and fit with Thibs. And clearly, Hart is a better all-around player and fit. But, Cam is not without talent...He's been getting minutes of late...for his sake, he needs to make the best of the opportunity that he is getting right now...
