He fits the team from a defensive and style standpoint, zero clue on what he does offensively but know it's limited.

He ain't going anywhere soon but he is the type I'd love for the Knicks to go after.

I like Tari Eason. If we could trade for him. If not draft BPA. We can sign or do a sign and trade for a vet free agent like Marcus or Marquis Morris, Harrison Barnes, Georges Giang to compete with Obi I am assuming the team improves around the margins and does not make a major trade

Morris bro's are toast, they are aging out. Doubt Barnes goes anywhere with the success Sac has been having. Giang is a nice spacer but does he really do anything else that is worth spending that MLE money on? If he can't rebound or play the rugged PF position, there is no real upgrade over Obi.

I'm a Toppin fan. Think the team will go for depth to back up the position and to push Obi to fight for his spot and mentor him as well we will see.

lol you are going to squeeze Obi out of his paltry 13 minutes a game? Randle doing that already!!!!!! hahahaha

Alpha1971 @ 3/4/2023 3:40 PM
Going to add depth behind Randall. That's what a team needs to do because injuries, illnesses, and suspensions happen

NY's Starting 5:
C; Kristaps Porzingis.
PF: Julius Randle.
SF: Kawhi Leonard.
SG: R.J. Barrett.
PG: Jalen Brunson.

2nd unit Shooters:
C; Mitchell Robinson.
PF: Obi Toppin from 3.
SF: Josh Hart.
SG: Quentin Grimes.
PG: Immanuel Quickley.

That's a Championship 10 right there.

#23 Mitch might be coming off the bench just like all 3 of IQ/GRIMES/HART on the perimeter but with Mitch it's down low running and gunning with all the other 23-25 year old pups.

Just say no to Douchingis

Think the guy missed the point of the premise. He somehow added Porzingis and Kawhi without subtracting anynone.
