Man I think the one team this team does when facing adversity / a small losing streak / too many injuries is find away to play harder and surprise us. Its happened time and again. I may be wrong, but still think theres a story to tell here

Agreed. I wouldn't put it past them to win the next two games. Playoff series have ebbs and flows and this kind of stuff is normal even if we aren't used to it. That said, I would not be surprised if this is where the cord gets cut either. Every team has it's limit when it comes to injuries. OG out and a hobbled Brunson might have been the straw that broke our backs. We will see.

If there's one thing I've learned following this team the past 25 years, is there's always a reason to come down off the ledge (the sensible way).

Todd you cant quit now
We will find a way to win a game we’re not supposed to win
Remember the 96 yanks versus juggernaut braves.
We need Your positive vibes and good humor
Man not that my thinking about it is gonna do any good, but was having a thought this morning about do you start Precious or Miles and I thought how about neither? I think maybe you start Burks. Burks gives you more size than Miles and more importantly, if Brunson is hobbled, he gives you additional shot creation in the SL. He is probably (sadly) the next best guy on the roster to break down the defense and get his own shot. I know last week I was digging his grave, but a cpl decent games in a row now, it seems he can be relied upon to get some buckets. He adds a shooter to the lineup as another outlet for Brun besides DDV - especially from the corners, so it replaces some of what you lost with OG.
Keeps Miles as a sparkblug off the bench for defense and 3 pt shooting. Precious can focus on playing the 5 behind Hartenstein. Maybe you bag this Sims minutes. Still a player short, but I think this may balance the team better.

This right here is a tell tale sign of a very well positioned playoff team going forward. Knicks are almost set for the next 5 years, which is incredible.
