You all think Brock/Walt just fun'ing with us and gonna build the backup C position thru draft position #58 in various drafts? Jericho and Huk2a and just call it a day and fall asleep until next draft?
VDesai @ 7/17/2024 5:40 PM
Damn Huk Tuah just beat the Big Mermaid

Forgot to record. Anyone know where I could find a replay?

Legit. Give him his contract. Sort it out later.

Has enough size to play SG...no?
Still want to see him against the big boys, but his offensive game has really showed. Some shaky bakk handling in earlier games, but I expect him to be more confident as he goes on. Excellent mid-range shot, BTW.

Showed a good bit of court vision though he telegraphed his passes a bit.

I think he’s the same size as Donte.

Yeah, not as athletic but he put in some work on defense today. I could see him playing minutes at both guard spots TBH.

Tyler and Rokas, that Utah Jazz wet dream material right there

Now he got to prove it at NBA regular season speed.

He has innate PG skills and what really stands out is the pace (even in 1/2 court) that he has this team playing at.

He is very decisive and seems to have little issue getting the defender on his hip or on his back.

Also much stronger than I anticipated —- thinking of him surrounded by smart shooters and a skilled big (not Mitch 😉).

Rokas showed both defensive chops and smooth shot both mid and 3-point range today.

Very nice size BUT his handle and 1st step seem a tad sketch —- especially when compared to Kolek 1st step / ability to get into creases.

He;s not a shooting guard - that’s not happening.

Please send D Washington to the craps tables with $1,000 bucks next 2 games.

Rokas for Kessler and 2 unprotected firsts from Utah, your welcome Ainge.

Would like to get a more looks to Rokas.

Safe to say Rokas and Skapintsev has earned a training camp invite.

Dadiet and Hukporti should spend a season or two at Westchester.

Kolek can play now.

Thanks for posting this, great way to see how Kolek fared. You can see why the FO was high enough on Kolek's skillset to give him that relatively big deal. I'd be surprised if he doesnt crack the rotation by the end of the year.

LivingLegend @ 7/18/2024 11:38 AM
Imagine if Kolek actually went right and kept going right more than once a game.

Crazy how such a skilled player goes left 95% of time but maybe it’s an oddball lefty thing.

One thing he has not shown is any mid-range pull-up —— that would certainly be nice/required if he went to his right a few dribbles to pull up for 15-18 foot jumper on occasion.
