Mikal, OG, Hart, with Deuce & Shamet offer plenty of depth on the wing. Its the forward position that could us another body whose ready to contribute. But even that could be covered by KAT depending on the circumstances. Like the availability of Mitch.
If Mikal, OG, Hart are starting we have no one over 6'4 to play the wing/forward spots until Dadiet. We don't have any backup forwards with ball skills on the bench right now.
Precious. Sims.
Why do you assume Hart is starting? I don't think that is a given.
And that's is why Mitch is being shopped.
You why the Knicks "are listening to offers" for Mitch? 😉 I think we can count on Okeke returning if that's any consolation. Morris is washed, so I can't pretend him not wanting to come to camp is a big deal. Also don't believe they'll be able to move Mitch this close to opening night.

How do any of Cam’s shots actually go in?

What about Bridges? Does he model his shot after bill Cartwright?
martin wrote:Not tribute video for him I guess
I imagined so. We are blocked from this because they seemingly chose Shamet over him, which makes sense in terms of his age and the need of a shooter. But since we can only convert one Exhibit 9 and one rookie, he wasn’t returning. Would’ve been an important piece for depth, though.

Precious and Sims are not backup wings/forwards. They are interior power plays with zero perimeter skills. I’m talking backups to Mikal and OG.
I don’t think it’s a given Hart starts either and he might not be able to so we can have a wing 3/4 coming off the bench.
We need to assume OG is missing 20+ games. We are hella thin at 3/4. That’s not bashing just reality. I hope Dadiet has the goods. What a wonderful thing that would be.
Boston has had to develop guys off their bench as a top heavy team in same manner.
At full strength it’s possible we see 3 guards and a big off the bench. Payne - Deuce - Kolek - Precious. Stagger guys with them. But if OG gets hurt we are thin AF.

That’s the asst video editors job! A careful eye would note cams shots conveniently leave the camera field of view. Only for them to renter the frame and go through hoop perfectly
This is all a plot to induce the opponent to double or tripe team cam when he plays

I'm not on that boat ride. They definitely lack offensive spacing but don't mean they can't be slotted into the power wing position. Especially Precious.
You don't need a rotation of fully formed 2-way players at all times. For playoffs, you don't even need that for the first 2 rounds and the Knicks have other solutions in place.
In the same way we could have had full hesitation that Deuce would have made the rotation last year, we put that same assumption onto Precious and Sims and I am not there.
Sims has a lot to prove but I think Precious is going to be a revelation.

Knicks barely needed OG during the Indiana series and we almost pulled it off without Randle or Mitch too lol
OK, it's still not DONE done

Mikal will slide between the 2/3
OG will slide between the 3/4
Hart will slide between the 2/3
Deuce will slide between the 2/1
Mins will be staggered which 2 of these players will be in the line up covering the 2&3. Mikal/OG, Hart/Mikal, Deuce/Mikal, Deuce/Hart, Deuce/OG, Hart/OG.
The spot that needs coverage is more at the 4. OG goes down then Hart & Mikal will probably get spot mins there as it stands behind Precious getting 30+mins. Shamet will then slide into the wing rotation to cover for the mins at the 2 that Hart & Mikal would be getting.
If Mitch is healthy though. Than KAT would play those mins at the 4 instead of Hart & Mikal. Kat could still play those mins at the 4 even if Mitch wasn't healthy. With Sims getting C mins instead of Hart & Mikal getting mins at PF.

Knicks went 1-4 after OG went down in the Indy series lol ... and lost game 7 at home by a million
Precious at the 4 can work next to KAT because of his unique spacing but Precious at the 4 was largely a disaster last year.
Sims playing anything but C is ..... something very bad.
