I think they are. They moved on him like they expect him to be equivalent to a high pick next year. Many didn’t know about him, but the few who did were raving about his potential and we are just getting a glimpse of it.
This is really exciting!

Based on the clips I saw & what I read, I was never worried about his SL offensive showing.

The thing he showed us in SL is that he can actually defend, which I know I wasn't expecting.

No, Mitch is still the best offensive rebounder in the NBA and our best Joel defender. We do have people to cover for him since he is injury prone though.
